Criminals have been able to hack into computer systems via the Internet and cut power to several cities, a U.S. Central Intelligence Agency analyst said this week.
Speaking at a conference of security professionals on Wednesday, CIA analyst Tom Donahue disclosed the recently declassified attacks while offering few specifics on what actually went wrong.
Criminals have launched online attacks that disrupted power equipment in several regions outside of the U.S., he said, without identifying the countries affected. The goal of the attacks was extortion, he said.
“We have information, from multiple regions outside the United States, of cyber intrusions into utilities, followed by extortion demands,” he said in a statement posted to the Web on Friday by the conference’s organizers, the SANS Institute. “In at least one case, the disruption caused a power outage affecting multiple cities. We do not know who executed these attacks or why, but all involved intrusions through the Internet…” (read more here)
I have proof that Hillary is the electrical grid hacking culprit (I just never knew you called this “hacking”):
(I have waited forever for a reason to post that pic… LOL)

If I were totally fiscally conservative, without many socially liberal attitudes I now have, I would like what Ron Paul says. Apparently many Americans agree.
But as I complain about how various outlets not normally considered as unbiased as Fox (CNN, MSNBC, etc) when they squash Dennis’ message and shield the public from truths they should be hearing… the right (Fox) does exactly the same…
There are anti-war messages from both sides that are intentionally being shut up. It couldn’t be more obvious.

h/t to Undeniable Liberalism (hilarious Blog, BTW)
Very funny how all these guys now are spouting the same message, when in actuality there is hardly a difference amoung them when it comes to how and where they get their money and who influences them. I have minor hope in a couple, but my major hope is neing stripped away because they won’t even let the REAL agent of change speak.
I wonder just how much change America wants?
This much?

There are few programs I watch(ed) on TV. I am convinced that most of what is shown (other than the idiotic brain numbing shows like American Idol and other reality shows) is to control us in some way or another (what we purchase, what we eat, what we wear, what we think, etc). Especially relating the News programs, it has become obvious that they have an agenda (Fox is the most blatant and notable, but they all do it) and want to control our thoughts. They (TV ownership… ie, “Big Money”) want you to think, vote, live according to their best interest (not ours).
I held out on a couple of exceptions (Bill Moyers and a few related programs, Daily Show/Colbert, and Countdown). I get virtually all my news from papers and the PC, relying on McClatchy and foreign sources to corroborate what I read in American press… but held out for Countdown and what appeared to be a man true to self and this country (Keith Olbermann).
After all the years without such a voice speaking up, it was amazingly refreshing to hear him speak for me. I was screaming, but no one heard. The he shows up to shout to many more than I could ever reach.
Ah, but was it Big Money that changed it all? Sure, you’ll hear him chide Bush (that’s easy at this point, with no courage necessary). He points out the idiocy in the dying ReTHUGlican party (that’s easy, too).
But what he HASN’T done is speak loudly and clearly about the voices that are being squashed… most especially Dennis Kucinich’s. On his show, basically all you hear are a few commentators make remarks belittling the campaign and the man. It appears to me that he has taken clear orders from GE (or whomever pulls the ultimate strings) and will not mention the injustices in the debates or give Dennis the voice (in lieu of the screwing he gets from the networks who control the debate) that America desires more than any of the other candidates.
It seems to me that he has done the bidding of his bosses, when the appearance for years was that he could do what he felt was “right”. So, Keith, how is the treatment of Mr Kucinich “right”? How is the obvious silencing of this message “right”?
What happened, Keith?
I think we all know what happened, sir.
On the street they call it, “Mo Money”.
Good for you. You are now one of them.
