Obama Wins: America Has Been Snookered Again

Is it true that no one remembered Ralph Nader or any of the third party candidates yesterday or could it be that the corporate MSM and the Corporately funded and dictatorial presidential debate committee basically kept the entire third party candidates out of the light of day? With 22 months of constant 2 Party brainwashing, I am not surprised that Ralph Nader didn’t achieve many votes (he got mine and my wife’s and several people around here).

This is my bitch. The only way to turn it around is for people like me (and I had hoped a few other rednecks) to get as verbal as I did to overcome the absolutely, purposeful silence the Big Money media clowns and elite made happen.

Surely you understand this very simple notion.

Even in my minor way, locally, I proved it. When I approach people, asking them what they need and desire for their lives as a Tennessean (and a few others) they always tell me… then I can show them the issues that all three were addressing and in each and every instance, Nader would have been the pick.

However, without very loud (and rich) voices helping me I can only reach so many people.

The fact is the the corporations own and run this country, including the media and people’s minds. You may not agree, but there is nothing else that can explain why so many people feel like they do in that video posted here yesterday. It takes a brain-washing to make people believe that bullshit they were spouting.

There are “hopes” that Obama will be the best president we have ever seen?

That takes an awful lot of “hope” in lieu of the things the man has said out of his own mouth. No, I’m not talking about the fuzzy warm nothingness of “hope” and “change”. I am talking about the real issues facing us. Most importantly the very basis for all the problems we have, our Imperialism. He will continue that and so the demise will continue. It is this very point that people lost sight of and it is this point that will likely cause the continued ruination of our wonderful country.

Like I have said countless times, Obama was a shoo in. It was always meant to be. McCain is an ignorant old flip-flopping, war-mongering, Bush-esque liar that no one in their right mind would want to elect, especially after picking Palin. Obama has been groomed for this position and if Americans were stupid enough, McCain would do. It is my opinion that Obama was the pick from the beginning (or Clinton, neither would be different except for owning a pussy).

The people in this country are so ignorant to truth.

We are so pissed off after 8 years of the neocon bullshit that either would beat out the neocon McCain (he ain’t no ‘Maverick”). But “they” knew this all along.

We are ready for “change” and the MSM gave us the image of it. Will Obama now change and do the shit that is truly needed? That, I doubt very seriously, but I will say it is possible. The difference with Nader is that he has spent 40 years getting shit done. He said very plainly and openly what he wanted to achieve, without the little fluffy bullshit words. And ending the Empire is Number 1.

But mark my words (and I have been right many more times in my life than wrong), the Empire will continue. The Corporate control will continue. We will not have Universal healthcare, unless it is ramrodded through Congress, for Obama is too much a corporate shill to endorse it (can’t give up that Insurance money). But you know that ain’t gonna happen, either.

Best president. Yeah, I “hope” so, but I sure as hell won’t hold my breath.

The Two Party Paradigm Fooled America AGAIN

I know I ruffle feathers by taking to task those who have fallen for the Two Party system. It is even sadder when it is my dearest friends, but I can’t let you all off the hook just quite yet.

I want people to remember what I tell them here and I will record it for the future “I told you so”, but let me tell you what will NOT happen under an Obama presidency (as opposed to what you “hope” will happen). None of this is rocket science.

Obama will NOT change the economy or affect the global financial meltdown. We are doomed for we are devaluing the dollar to nothing and all he cares to do is jump-start the same old-same old credit laden system that has caused the collapse in the first place.

Obama will NOT hold the telecom industry or the previous administration accountable for the illegal wiretapping of America. Consequently, he WILL carry forward with the over-reaching powers he inherited without much of a squeak from the electorate.

Obama will NOT roll back the Patriot Act or any of the executive powers eked out by Bush/Cheney. He will not prosecute the current traitor in chief for his law breaking and war crimes.

Obama will NOT stop off-shore oil drilling, even though we know that the oil companies have untold millions of acres to drill right now and aren’t.

Obama will NOT stop America’s hegemony and Imperialization. He will NOT dismantle outdated weaponry, but will consider adding more, newer nukes. He will NOT hesitate to preemptive attack a sovereign country (like Pakistan) or anywhere else (much like his twin, W).

Obama will NOT stop the Zionist control of our foreign policy. He has flipped from wanting peace for Palestine, to making sure he backs Israel’s crazies to the hilt. Wanting Rahm Emanuel as his chief of staff is proof of this and the continuance of the Empire (Rahm is a known war-monger, as is Biden).

Obama will NOT shut down the socialism for Wall Street, all the while denying socialistic values for the American public. He voted FOR the bailout, remember.

Obama will NOT get us single payer, not-for-profit, Universal Healthcare. He is too indebted to the Insurance companies.

Obama will NOT bring any more equal rights for minorities, as much as you folk want to believe he will. Never forget who got him to this position and it wasn’t black folk. What Obama was able to do was pacify many whites (just not the diehard racist bastards), but he will be much more “conservative” on social issues and much more liberal with military might issues. To the contrary of what we need in this nation right now.

Obama will NOT make all your problems go away in any issue. He will NOT make your life nice and cozy, for his economic strategy is going to be hugely expensive and he won’t cut the military budget that is bleeding us dry.

Obama will NOT fully bring our troops out of Iraq or Afghanistan. His play on words has Progressives “hoping” for this “change”, but he is clear that he will keep troops there, no matter what Iraq has to say about it.

Obama will NOT roll back the gains in the Police State that the Bush Admin (and complicit congress) and will actually grow such a security force inside America.

Obama will NOT re-evaluate the 911 Commission report or have an independent board review all the discrepancies that are obvious (World Trade Center 7 fall wasn’t even addressed, not to mention many other issues swept under the rug).

Bush was elected, conservatives were in adulation and awe, confident that after eight years of federal government expansion under Clinton, Bush – complete with slick conservative rhetoric and promises of change – would shrink the size of government and restore dignity to the office of President.

Nearly eight years later and what have we witnessed, a record expansion in the size of government and an almost universal contempt for America around the world.

When Tony Blair swept into power with a landslide in the British general election in 1997, the country breathed a collective sigh of relief that this new young dynamo would put right years of Tory malfeasance and provide the “change” that everyone was crying out for.

When Blair left office in 2007 he had created a Socialist surveillance police state and eliminated a huge popular approval lead the Labour Party had enjoyed over the Tories, leaving most of the public once again to demand Conservative rule.

When are we going to wake up to the fact that voting in the lesser of two evils is not a solution?

When are we going to realize that participating in a rigged system, where our vote means virtually nothing anyway because it is counted by a completely compromised and hackable voting machine, not only fails to address any of our problems, but actually compounds them because of our passive obedience in participating in the phony virtual reality presented to us as “democracy”?

When are we going to realize that by continually electing Democrats and Republicans, we are voting away our own freedom as the march towards a new world order and an American police state proceeds no matter who takes office?
