When did fighting for freedom become what we have today? Today’s cowards that lead our government know nothing about this entire subject. The days of fighting for freedom are over. Altho the emotions are strong, the fact is that we have forced our young men and women into battles that have nothing, whatsoever, to do with our freedoms. It was true for Korea, for Vietnam, for the Gulf war and every other idiotic foray into evil and murder that we could possibly force them in to.
When we celebrate those now who “fight for freedom”, just how much are we supporting evil and murderous carnage that will never make us a bit freer in any sense of the word? Why are we celebrating them now?
We need to STOP using emotion to sway hearts into supporting these evil ideas to take over the world via our Empire, especially when having the gall to reach back and exploit the generation that might have an argument about saving freedoms (and even that is debatable).
In other words, why do we dredge up the only conceivable “freedom fighters” we have from our past to use to support the evil that is now the American Empire? Maybe 1776, but there ain’t any of those guys left any more.
(And dang it, I am not dissing a single soul who has served for whatever reason they served… this is about stopping the lies and deceit and celebrating REAL freedom, which has been eroded by the same people who now lead our men and women into false battles of lies and deceit)

Our troops are not the strong thugs for private industrys greed… BUT those of WWII get my first honors… literally. Then I just cry openly about troops that served in Nam… Korea gets the next one… etc etc etc. I agree. But for heavens sake we need to take whatever opportunity [where be it a friggin holiday] to TEACH the next generation the truth. So yes emotions run through that video… mine did… but NOT for what most would think. It is for those that ‘just go’… ‘just actually go because they have to’… or because after they went they had to stay because now their minds can’t come home’… I HATE WAR! I hate wasted souls… I hate lies… I am there with you. BUT lets lift a toast to those that serve and stand ready to serve for the RIGHT fight, when needed. I too am ashamed that as they stand ready to serve they are sent to die for a lie and greed. God bless them all.
