American Indians have rain dances to bring about rain. The Finish people are believed to able to control the weather. The Vikings wouldn’t attack the Finns and this rumor even lasted into the 1900′s with European ship captains refusing to hire Finnish sailors. The Berwick witches were convicted of trying to kill King James VI with spells that affected the weather around his ship. Artemis was appeased with human sacrifices and he saved the Achaean fleet @ Aulis during the trojan war. Sailors tried to steal the four bags of wind from the keeper of these bags, Aeolus and were blown off course.
The first real form of weather control was the lighting rod. Recently the technology of manipulating light from stars that produce electromagnetic radiation is being studied. This is more of a computer program than a scientific way of manipulating the weather. Cloud seeding is another proven way that science can bring about rain.
Cloud Seeding
Making weather seems to be the goal of a lot of scientist around the world. There are thousands of articles on the subject. Russian scientist have been studying the theory since the early 1900′s. “Making weather” can be achieved to some point in a controled enviroment. However being able to create a low pressure system and controlling its path has not been achieved. Making a low pressure system stronger and more dangerous is definitely a possibility. China is the world leader in trying and successfully making modifications to the weather. China uses cloud seeding almost daily and has a government agency that deals with this technology as it’s only purpose.
The use of an EMP of some kind is another possible way to influence the weather. An E bomb, as it is called, could be detonated above a storm system and have a direct effect on wind speed and lightning. Trying to figure out the right combination of static charged ions and deploying them at the right altitude over a storm is the goal of some scientist. The interference of such a device on day-to-day communications would be tremendous. But, if done over a storm in the middle of the ocean interference wouldn’t even be detected. Storm systems are like a living and breathing creature with an energy signature. So using static elctro charges is the logical way to manipulate storms. Infrared beams from numerous satellites at different angles is said to have an effect on wind speed and direction of travel. Storms must have energy to feed upon, to continue to grow and sustain itself. Therefore , surface temperature is a must, and must be in direct relation to the gradient pressure in and around the system. This is the trouble with the HAARP system. Unless you’re doing the same thing from below, storms dry up due to the rapid dew point changes using this system. The arch in St. Louis is also a weather controlling device. It puts negative and positively charged ions from its legs into the atmosphere. This device is turned on and off at the discretion of the powers at be. Could a larger device be used to steer weather systems? Yes it could, but the effects on human life would be tremendous if not terminal because of the amount of energy needed to do so.

Weather is an ever-changing being and has been around since the first sun came up. Bad weather has always been with us and in some years has been worse than others. Do I think “they” are controlling the weather? I know “they” are trying. It seems it would be a lot worse than it is if someone is manipulating it.

For some reason, I don’t think this years hurricane season will be as bad as forecast. When the report was was released of an above average hurricane season, we didn’t have the Deepwater Horizon oil spill to contend with. From the actions of the first two storms this season, I think it’s a fair bet others will also be weak. Don’t get me wrong, there will be one if not two they will not be able to manipulate. However, once the oil well is sealed and under control, all bets are off.

You know a 1 billion watt energy blast would be a thing to see. Could we see it? That is my question. I mean if you put that much energy into the atmosphere …… If it came from space via a sat then it would have to penetrate the stratosphere first. I know it is not a solid object like the shuttle, but it has to make a visible trail. (too much energy) You could however, use the sun at your back and do this at those times and hide yourself very well. In that case you wouldn’t need anything from below a storm system to manipulate it. That much energy (1 billion watts) would heat the surface at the same time. thanks Ed. It is my understanding that HAARP is more like a giant microwave using electromagnetic waves than a laser beam making light. With that, you would not see the energy as you don’t see the 1000w when it heats your food. What happens to a cup of water in a microwave when it is heated ? It boils. Much like the atmosphere and the moisture would if heated. Even moisture within the ground causing expansion, earthquakes. At the same time, depending how much energy is focused on a specific point it could in turn create a laser beam if they wanted.

I’m no scientist! I did study meteorological courses in college. The HAARP system could be more responsible for earthquakes than bad weather. As far back as the 1989 San Fransisco and as recent as the earthquake in Chili, are just two events that are blamed on HAARP. These quakes had no high frequency pulse before they happened. This is what animals react to days or hours before a quake strikes. In both cases animals didn’t respond until just minutes before the ground started shaking. HAARP would explain this. It is its signature not to have these pulses show up until right at the time the ground starts to shake. Unless they have figured how to generate a high pressure system, I don’t think HAARP weakened Bonnie. But what do I know? The unusual “High” that sat on the border of AL & GA days before Bonnie entered the gulf is the logical answer that she stayed weak. Cloud seeding can be done to a storm to drain it of it’s strength. All those air force planes flying into the center could be dropping anything they wanted to out of site. I know we live in a world of lies and deception! I love storms, so leave them a lone! It is in our best interest for HAARP to exist and is vital to our security! So we are told.

I’de like to throw into this conversation. HAARP,,I’ve heard of this, but have not devoted sufficient study to make any determination. I can neither confirm nor deny it’s existence. Nor do stand in any position to understand it’s objective.
HOWEVER,,,,,,,,,, I would like to throw this little tid-bit out into the mix…….CHEMTRAILS !
There is presently a lot of controversy out there concernning this subject. The government neither confirms nor denies that there is merit to this controversy. I’ve looked at dozens of chemtrail photos. I’ve observed chemtrails EN-MASS where i live. I have observed anomolies with respect to my personal observations. Could these possibly be connected to this alledged HAARP situation? If i was to just take a guess,,, my answer would be,,YES,,there is a connection. When ever the government acts toward a subject, as they have concernning the public inquirey about these (CHEMTRAILS) THAT, in itself leads to strong suspissions of a government connection.
Presently, I just don’t have sufficient information to render any sort of oppinion EXCEPT,,,,the government has absolutely NO credibillity with me. WHAT YOU SAID DR,, “we live in a world of deception,,,,and lies.

Chemtrails are exactly what I mean by visible evidence. I didn’t mention them above but they have merit in this conversation. This could be the use of laser technology up above! “They” try to explain them but to me “they” make no sense when “they” try. HAARP does exist and a money trail exists for it. Its just a mountain of web shit to get through. Who knows what we have put into space via the space program. A lot of top secret stuff. Star wars program and the like.
The arch in St. Louis is really interesting to me. It was to make sure another dust bowl in the plains was kept to a minimum. That was a top secret project also. It can actually pull in storms to it or push them away. Think of that on a larger scale! You could put static towers in ocean and really do some stuff with that and no one would be the wiser.

“static towers” – What do you think all those static nexrad radars are. They not only detect molecules in the atmosphere, which is shown to us as rain, they also pulse energy outwards directing storms. Look at some radars during severe storm. Watch for the pulses on the images. You can see them. Then watch what the frontal boundaries do.

You’re correct, HAARP didn’t weaken Bonnie. Bonnie went it’s natural way. In that, they didn’t use HAARP to explode, or heat the atmosphere to strengthen the storm. From my understanding, not having studied meteorology in college and all, it was the upper level low that Bonnie trailed which sheared her apart. Two counter clockwise entities acting upon each. Where as the high was the steering aspect of this event.
Haarp was developed, at first, for over the horizon communication. Once they discovered what else it could do [disrupting the upper atmosphere] when used, they continued to add more power. You’re right about it being vital to our security.
On another note as far as security; If you know you could have this weapon aimed at you and used with out any real proof that it exist, and is what caused your city to crumble, your people to die from adverse weather … well lets just say, you would do your best to do what the power that has it say’s. Which is why Russia developed woodpecker back in the day as a counter measure. But as Russia fell, so did their weapon. They say China has one.
And chemtrails, that’s how the bounce the haarp waves before they reach the stratosphere. Also how HAARP is used for over the horizon communication.

Russia has been working on an orbital space-mirror for a long time. They’ve been trying to improve crop-yields and bring light to extreme northern regions that are dark half the year.
They’ve not had much success yet but it’s an important technology that someone ought to be working on. It’s a potential stepping-stone to abundant clean solar power. It may also develop into more sophisticated methods of weather-manipulation. The difficulty lies in how local weather-dabbling can ever be effectively isolated: what someone does to the weather in France could easily mess up the weather in Germany, for example. It will need heavy regulation that takes all stakeholders into account.

The Russians were some of the first to try weather control. They were cloud seeding before it was cool to do so. They shot cannons into clouds loaded with dry ice …just to see what would happen. The link on the space mirror is interesting. If more of their rockets wouldn’t have failed they would have two more of these things up there. If they can “catch” light from far away stars and divert it through the atmosphere via a computer program …that is some far out shit right there!

It seems to be a viable story. I can’t find anyone to disprove it. I came across it researching this weather control subject. There is a lot more ways ‘they’ could control the weather. Only a few have been proven to work in theory.

This is a no-brainer. I recall way back in the late 50′s when countries were doing underground nuclear testing… you could count the days until storms and quakes hit. Volcano eruptions, count the days until the ash sprew caused violent weather reactions all over the place. Hells bells… look back recently to the damed smoke from oil burning in the Gulf and start at the flash flooding, terribel stormes etc that went from the south west up through the n. east. I mean really. And there had always been so called weather stalalites up traveling around and over the earth. Why the hell would anyone think that governmentSSSS haven’t tried to use weather control for war and aggression and control. They us absolutely everything else in actuality and in research. Come on!
