So what are the people to do?
Bernake says not raising the debt ceiling would be catastophic. Yes, we would default on our debt and our currency would be worthless. That would be painful to those of us alive now. OR… we could raise the debt ceiling and sell our great grand children into servitude to international bankers…that would be painful to those alive then. Then again..who is bernake working for? Those who own the federal reserve ? The government? We The People?
I talk to people bout this, many times I get told they dont want to hear it. Well…people…your going to have to deal with it. Either tell these con men…the international bankers..where they can stuff their fake money/fake debt and learn how to survive in the chaos that would follow or be the most sefish humans on the planet and sell your childern.
People still seem to think riots wont happen here….well…remember that when your starving, remember that when these bankers have full control over your resources, remember that when you cant make enough to keep a roof over your heads….then remind me riots wont happen here.
I take a stand here. My governement is NOT my government , they DONOT represent my best interests. I DONOT agree with much of what they do nor do I accept the debt they have created in my name. I hold no loyalty to this government due to their corruption.
I will how ever fight for my country. The people did not do this to us, those in power did. This country is as beautiful as it is good and strong. I will stand with my countrymen , I will not support this corrupt government.
To those in power, it is up to you now. Do you stand with the people or do you stand with those who are corrupt and ruining what we have in this great nation? Some of you in government are wise enough to know who is corrupt. The choice is yours…choose wisely.
We The People will be waiting for your answer when the time arrives.
Posted by Game Time | February 6, 2011, 4:14 amNo one raised my debt ceiling a couple of years ago when I went bankrupt. Screw ‘em. I have been hurting already as these stinking, thieving banksters and corporatists and government lapdogs have enriched themselves.
Its time to shut this ponzi scheme we call the United States down and go back to being what was originally meant for us… America.
Because you are correct. At some point, hunger will cause the unprepared masses to revolt and it will get very ugly. Do you think for a minute that an armed citizenry will allow police vehicles and other governmental cars and vans to run over them without a armed response? This won’t be like Egypt.
I saw those videos and I got so angry. Will they try it here? Yeah. But the reply will be very harsh.
Posted by BuelahMan | February 6, 2011, 9:30 amGentlemen: I am happy, surprised and amazed that you both could be such true patriots after all the elites and their stooges in government, business, and law enforcement have put you through. I know a lot of Americans view patriotism as the same thing as empire, but knowing B´Man as well as I do, I think your idea of patriotism is more like mine: pride in your country for being a self-contained, self-determined, sovereign nation, of whatever form of goverment(if any) with whatever degree of centralization (if any) which does fair trade NOT THESE HIDEOUS IMF FTA DEALS with other nations and fair business amongst yourselves using however many or few laws and regulations as you as sovereign citizens decide.
I have an MBA and have been moving money my whole life in anything I could get an edge in so I have two points to make (1) the economic bind that the USA is in right now cannot be conceptualized by me or ANY economist. It´s one of those things like if you stacked phone books you´d reach Saturn. The USD will crack maybe this year. When it does, Maslow´s Hierarchy Of Needs will kick in and there will be mayhem. The response will be ugly. Everything will be ugly….and perhaps out of this chaos you can reform your country into some kind of more egaitarian set-up you´ll be happy with,but….(2) I cannot get out of my mind what Jay said a couple of months ago on the RDBR show. He said he agreed with everything I said but I was forgetting something:”No matter how bad it gets outside, the TV will still be on inside with corporatist propaganda 24/7″
I think he´s right. It will have a dampening effect on a peoples´revolution or even desire to do what´s necessary to survive it until BRIC bails you out.
But you´ve got to all get together as aware Americans and GET PREPARED. One of the important issues you have to deal with is the racial divide. Because of Obama, most Black Americans are very confused. It´s silly to discuss our friends because they´re very gifted intellectually and because they are critical-thinkers not Sheeple. But when 90% of Blacks think the USA is moving in the right direction and the only other percentage is that high is among people who make more than a million a year!
So, in a time of rebellion you may have Black Sheeple siding with the oppressors not the oppressed. And it´s not like White Americans are so great either. There are factions out there which harbor deep racial resentments and would love an opportunity to direct violence at Blacks. And that´s a vicious circle. Personally, I think that there´s too much polarization for this intra-American discussion to take place,so there really is only one answer: IMPEACH OBAMA FOR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY IMMEDIATELY AND GET THE HOSTILITIES OUT IN THE OPEN WHILE THERE´S STILL TIME.
I´m sure every American with two brain cells to rub together can agree to revolt against a BIDEN/PELOSI government.
Posted by kelsosnuts | February 6, 2011, 2:49 pmGood points, Buddy. But, if the dollar falls, who will be able to afford the electricity to watch the garbage still spewing?
Also, I have a few black friends that have once touted Obama as some sort of hero, but now have been bitching (like me). The truth is that I don’t have a lot of black friends, but there aren’t that many here for me to be friends with. So, I am not sure about 90% (you may well be right). But I can attest that perhaps 35 – 50 % of the black friends I do have have begun to come around and see Obama for what he is: a shill for corporations and not caring much for their plight.
It takes some discussion and pointing out just where this black dude comes from and the fact that just like his basketball team, he isn’t from “their world”, but the world of elitists and rich white folk (wasn’t he the only black on the team and maybe in his school… one of the few, anyway)?.
If you remember early on here at B’Man’s, the only good thing I could say was that I was happy that a black man FINALLY broke down the barrier I figured would never be broken. Otherwise, he is just a slightly darker Bush with a bit of learned eloquence.
