BuelahLeg and Other Issues

As has become normal, I haven’t been writing or sharing much lately. Various reasons, but the main one has been my leg.

I am on the mend. The boot is now gone and I am stretching and walking, trying to get the shortened tendon to stretch into place and bring the swelling down. Almost every night, my leg is swollen twice the size of the other one, but the pain isn’t too bad (no more pain meds).

I have been slow in every move: walking, gardening, whatever. One minor mis-step and I can tear the repair and by God, I never want to go thru this again. This has been, by far, the worse injury to heal that I have ever had.

I am also in the middle of a law suit, trying to get my former employer to pay me what they owe me per the contract they forced me to sign before they hired me (they are now claiming that the “contract was a mistake”). It was old and wasn’t supposed to be for me (which is strange in light of the fact that it was a prerequisite for me to agree with and sign for me to work). Funny how I read the thing and they didn’t.

So, almost 8 months later and I still have not received commissions owed me, nor the amounts described in the contract. In other words, this company has purposefully held my money after receiving all pay from customers, on jobs that I brought to them, via customers I introduced them to. This company appears to be doing everything they can to cause me and my family harm, so I had to sue.

This very same contract states that I cannot compete with them (via working for their competitor). So, I cannot even go to work doing what I do AND I have the benefit of the scumbags holding the money they owe me.

Great gig, huh?

Thirdly, I am getting to where I don’t give a damn, any more. It is apparent that very little I have to say will ever make a scratch in what needs to be heard. Most of the citizenry is too far gone and now with the crash going on all around us, with nuclear radiation spewing and encompassing America, with the Empire in full throttle and Americans oblivious to what is happening, why should I give a shit any more than protecting my close friends, family and my immediate family?

Seriously, it seems that it is every man for himself.

I’ll still write or link to something periodically, so keep your subscription, but the truth is that I have ZERO opportunities for work around here, None. And I can’t go anywhere that MIGHT have jobs due to my family situation. So, my only recourse is to focus on growing food and coming up with some sort of business if and when I ever get the money from those scumbags who are ripping me off. This will keep me very busy for the upcoming months.

Ya’ll take care!

The Hippies Were Right Once, But Where Are They Now?

I first featured that video for Lynda in 2009. In a follow-up post I linked to an essay that asked where the hell did they go? If we only had that kind of student uprising (for those very same hippies are now part of the status quo) we might take back control of this country (but I am not holding my breath).

I want to be optimistic enough to think that at some point, Americans will get pissed enough to do something like the Hippies of old did. Unfortunately, those very same Hippies, by and large, are now a part of the problem since they forgot what they fought for back in the day and now have taken up and replaced “The Man” that they once hated and rallied against. The Hippies ARE now “The Man”.

But is it too late? Do we still stand a chance of taking back this country from the Oligarchs?

I have my doubts, but Andrew has a point when he says in his post, “Save The Rich, Pay Your Taxes“:

It’s a pretty twisted state of affairs, but the masses still lie in a half-awake, half-asleep dreamlike state, convinced that the MSM practices genuine journalism, that there actually is a meaningful separation between the Republicans and Democrats, and that at least one of those parties actually represents the interests of ordinary Americans.  And perhaps the worst part of it all is that, by some unfathomable mutation of logic and understanding, the most ignorant and politically uninformed Americans tend to be the most vocal, the most opinionated, the most unwilling to bend.  How can ever hope to make any progress when we’re surrounded by people who actually believe corporations help America, that taxing the rich is a bad thing, that offering universal health care is an unthinkable evil?

The sad truth is that things will have to become far, far worse before we can have any hope of them getting better.

My reply to this last part was:

How much worse can it get for many millions already hurting? I would like to think that there will be some measure of anger that will culminate into some mass citizen education and uprising. But, I cannot, for the life of me, understand just how bad it would need to get to overcome the brainwashing. I would have thought we would have met that critical mass already.

All of this takes me back to a current discussion on this post, where we have come to the real nut to cut: When do we hit the beach?

My personal opinion is that there is absolutely no way we could ever get enough people to understand, much less fight against the power-elite that own and control everything in this country, including the military and police forces. I believe that an armed revolt is simply mass suicide.

No, as I wrote in one of my responses, I believe we have a much better chance of unarmed revolution simply by not participating in the game any more. I believe that it would be infinitely easier to convince people of a non-violent revolution than a violent one, when critical mass is met. Sure, it might take even more hardships to get a mass of people to agree and participate, but like I said, I would have already thought we were there. I mean, I am hurting. Almost everyone I know is feeling the pain. How bad must it get before people wake up from their slumber and do what James Corbett suggests (and I have been, too, for quite some time) in his latest blog post:

The Only Way to Win the Game is Not to Play

When we pull back from the geopolitical grand chessboard we find that it is in fact one player, the global financial elite, playing both sides. Whether you root for black or white, the elite will win in the end. In the face of such a false choice, the only real choice is not to choose at all.

Surely we can’t condone the bombing of Libyan civilians, and it makes no sense to side with a brutal communist dictatorship that enforces one child policies with forced abortions and harvests the organs of its prisoners. So we must identify ourselves as not being on either side. Depending where we live, who we work for, and how we spend our money, we may be tied to one side or the other, whether financially or socially, but that does not mean that we must continue to give our allegiance to any of these global power players in their Machiavellian manipulations of the planet.

Although it may not be as fundamentally satisfying to us as human beings, geared as we are to confrontation and battle as a way of resolving our problems, the best thing we can do is in fact to ignore the big players all together, withdraw ourselves from their system, and begin constructing our own self-sufficient communities. Everyday we make a conscious decision of our own free will to shop at their stores, to bank at their banks, and to eat the foods they process in their factories. With changes in lifestyle, we can detach ourselves from all of their levers of control over our lives and at the exact same time starve their war machine of the funds and the support that it needs to function.

As others have pointed out time and again, every community garden, every farmer’s market, every solar panel, every community currency, every neighborhood mutual aid society is a monkey wrench in the plans for the global war and a nail in the coffin of the ambitions of the globalists.

Unhooking ourselves from the system that is oppressing us is not an easy task, nor will it be an overnight one, but it seems that time is running out before the elite manipulate us into another big war. The consequences of a third world war, doubtless a nuclear one, are horrific. The elite are hoping to bring about this conflict in order to create a new, further centralized, truly global system of government from the ashes of the old world order. But they need our support in order to do it.

Let’s not give it to them.

ObamaCare: How Stupid Are The Sheople, Really?

You Obama Maniacs fought hard to get ObamaCare implemented and the entire time I kept telling you that it was a sham. I fought hard for Single Payer, Universal HealthCare for All and many of you called me a Socialist (not even knowing what the word meant), even tho I showed you time and time again how that type of system is far superior and much cheaper to implement.

The only real justifiable complaint would be that many people would lose their jobs in the middle-man ripoff known as health insurance, but even that fear is not totally encompassing, because those very administrators and employees of Health Insurance would still be needed to carry out similar jobs from the Single Payer entity created.

The biggest issue is removing the profit driven, Corporate control of these leeches and implement a sane and socially responsible system that covers each and every American.

But, B’Man, “ObamaCare will take us where you want us to go!”

You fools!

What has anything associated with Obama done that is beneficial to the American public?

Case in point, the very health insurance rip-offs that fought so hard to get this atrocity passed, lining the pockets of many Congresspeople, including my own from Tennessee, are now fighting to take advantage of the loopholes they made possible.

10 Health Insurance Companies Get ObamaCare Waivers — for Their Own Employees

Read it to find out what I’m saying (I don’t necessarily agree with every point this website projects, but when it comes to following the money, it shows how easy it was for the insurance companies to thwart the very idea of the Sheople’s law).

Actually, there are 733 wavers issued already. Ad there will be many more.

All you sycophantic idiots who “hoped” that “change” would come are instrumental in this thievery (altho I doubt you got the nads to man up and admit it). I still find ObamaManiacs defending the Corptocracy with every breath, so this will be no different.

But I have a track record of calling this stuff right. And any sane person simply needs to go back and look at the one issue that both “sides” fought against tooth and nail for you to get the real picture. Both fought against Single Payer. Both protected health insurance and Big Meds.

That should be enough for anyone to understand, but sadly it won’t be.

Radioactive Richard Noggins

Does it take an ignorant old redneck, like myself, to explain how stupid that the nay-sayers are regarding this disaster? I have deleted my feeds to some sites that I once considered information sources because they are STILL lying (either bald-face or due to ineptness and ignorance) about how bad this situation is. I personally think that many are little more than disinformation specialists, but you can make your own determination. You won’t find any more links to those pages from here, tho. I am cleaning house, slowly but surely.

It doesn’t take an expert to understand the seriousness of the Fukushima incident. One can be a person who has studied history, to understand that this was far worse than the media lets on. But for those ass-wipes that still minimize what is occurring, well, all I can say is that you deserve what you get for being so damned clueless AND, at the same time, jeopardizing your reader’s lives by not giving the full, if any, facts about this disaster.

This HAS been far worse than Chernobyl since the day that the MOX fuel pool blew, spewing Cesium and plutonium (and who knows what else) into the air. But the Noggins will STILL say that this isn’t as bad as Chernobyl, even tho now the officials are being forced to admit it. Some are even suggesting that we have NOTHING to worry about, but I say you are a fool if you are not concerned over this.

But sickness from the fallout is just the beginning. Japanese business is suffering (and so is American business that needs product made in Japan to build product here). We are set for a major worldwide financial crash and I expect that the dollar will crash sometime very soon. Then we will have to live with fall-out on top of that.

The fact is that they lie to you and have their ass-kissers ready, willing and able to perpetuate those lies, no matter what truth is available. Oh, and BTW, the officials didn’t tell you the truth initially because they didn’t want to “scare” you.

THE INADAQUACY OF DENNIS KUCINICH, episode #67,875

This was a response to a response to Max Keiser’s SILVER LIBERATION ARMY post on David DeGraw’s FASCISTBOOK page.  I was pleased with it and feel it’s wasted on FASCISTBOOK and really fits better as a full blog post on THE REVOLT.

http://silverliberationarmy.com/

http://kucinich.house.gov/UploadedFiles/NEED_ACT.pdf

Jill Cohn: The answer is Kucinich’s HR6550-have you read it? Gives the right to print money back to the congress & abolishes fractional lending. See http://www.theamericandreamfilm. com

My answer:

I read the bill and while it has some good provisions in it, it is not even an answer I, a non-US national, find sufficient to control the problems the USA monetary system, banking system, and CFTC rules cause the rest of the world. That’s to me. To a US resident, it’s way less of an answer. All it really would to is to harmonize the USA monetary system with that of most nations of the world in that it would have a public central bank under “ministry of finance” control. Even that is in question given the passage that refers to the purchase of equity in the constituent member banks of the Federal Reserve. The issue of fractional lending (which I consider way too polite a term and prefer “LEVERAGE FRAUD”) is not well-confronted in the bill and, moreover, no matter what the bill says about there existing no right of individuals to create money, the CFTC OTC rules make enforcement impossible without a judicial challenge to those rules and a win at the Supreme Court level. Another problem is that all of the reforms (which are good and well-meant) in the bill would require an Executive Branch decree in order to return a privilege of agency granted to Congress in the Constitution. So, it’s all really whistling in the dark and depending on the clearance of some very high material hurdles. Despite the modest improvements that would come about should all those hurdles be cleared, NONE of the problems the SLA has cited are addressed at all.

But I’m not in the SLA, so here are more of my problems with the bill many of which dovetail with the SLA’s (1) The monetary-system would remain debt-based
(2) There is no provision for the liquidation of the present debt-load, let’s call it $20 TLN, to be conservative given the present debt-load and the debt which would accumulate during the process of passing this legislation. (3) There is no provision to unwind the derivative contracts of much greater notional principal which sits atop the debt load. Let’s call that figure $2 QUADRILLION.
(4) My numbers (2) and (3) are really not correct, strictly speaking, because there is a way to do it, but to do it would create an apocalypse — DEFAULT ON THE EXTANT DEBT, FORCING THE UNWINDING OF THE DERIVATIVE CONTRACTS.
(4x) Default really is the only unilateral action because to do anything else would violate the “takings clause” for US holders of US debt and would be acts of war against foreign governmental holders of US debt
(5) There is nothing that addresses the corruption inherent in the banking-cartel/US government/Federal Reserve relationship in which all three of these entities are really the same and thus not even highly-leveraged bank speculation bears any risk at all of loss (while the counter-party to those transactions do). The banks collect from the counter-parties should they win and are given some prize by the Fed (themselves in other words) and/or the Treasury if they lose!
(6) There is nothing in the bill that addresses the problem of inability of people and businesses outside that triumvirate to do voluntary business or trade and settle voluntarily because of the militarized law-enforcement powers over individual voluntary transactions granted by the triumvirate to itself via the US government’s Executive Branch: (a) the powers assumed by USA v Union Bank Of Switzerland (NA)/Banque Union de Switerland, S.A. (b) USA PATRIOT ACTS 1,2 & 3 (c) RICO (d) UIGEA (e) ·KYC” (f) F.A.T.C.A.T. (g) all of those powers unnamed but assumed under an umbrella we’ll call the “War On Terror” which include the US Executive Branch’s various signing statements, executive orders, emergency powers, it’s interpretations of the War Powers Act and the UCOMJ
(6) there is very pleasant language in the bill with regard to unemployment and the American middle-class and so forth, but without a separate act of Congress a right or even entitlement to full employment is neither constitutional nor in any way materially feasible.

Fortunately for me, but not for your or Dennis Kucinich, UNASUR-ALBA and most of MERCOSUR see these issues the same way the SLA does, including everything I´ve written up to this point, but primarily THE NEED FOR ASSET-BASED NOT DEBT-BASED MONEY as voluntarily agreed-to media of exchange and store of value. Some of the UNASUR-ALBA nations have gone so far as to ENCOURAGE private, voluntary transactions between people and/or businesses apart from their current USD-reserve debt-based monetary systems but rather with “Trueque” (Barter), with a tax holiday kicker. Yes, HUGO CHÁVEZ=RON PAUL.

On anomie, Ingmar Bergman, Oprah Winfrey, Harold Pinter, Tom Dwan, David DeGraw, Black Agenda Report and Zionism

This got absolutely no love or respect or even disagreement or response of any kind on FASCISTBOOK.

I guess that means its perfect fare for B’Man’s Revolt.

It occurred to me during a Skype chat with somebody in the gambling world that the reason I would probably die without ever seeing the USA again really had less to do with American Latin policy or gambling law or bank law or the Dept Of State or any of that than it would the existential crises that Oprah Winfrey produces in me.  And how Oprah Winfrey IS American Empire and American Exceptionalism in cultural form.

This is all off the top of my head, so if anyone wants to correct small errors of detail, I´d actually appreciate it.  I once read something Ingmar Bergman had written about such things as anomie, identity and existence which was really harrowing.  He wrote about the time after he had been convicted of tax fraud and had to go serve a short prison sentence in Sweden.  He had boarded the bus to the prison and as the driver started the bus, he looked out the window and saw HIMSELF in front of the court laughing at him and walking away.  I tried to imagine what might produce some existential crisis like that in me.

My friend, whose woman friend is a waitress, put a link in passing to a very tall (7′ 5″) teenaged boy who my friend´s woman had waited on recently.  The link referred at one point to Oprah Winfrey’s having involved herself somehow in the boy’s life.  This was the key for me to understanding Ingmar Bergman’s imaginary vision at a period of darkness (well EXTRA darkness!) in his life. I thought that if by some accident there was an episode of Oprah Winfrey’s show — which I’ve never seen — that featured a scene from DUMBWAITER performed by WHEELCHAIR-bound adolescents, followed by David DeGraw discussing his views on the banking-cartel, the Federal Reserve, wealth concentration and poverty, and a REAL American revolution to which Oprah would respond by poking David with her finger and saying “get out of town, you!”, followed by Tom Dwan playing Obama heads-up No Limit Hold’em using “Oprah Chips” with Oprah’s face in the center as the coin of the realm, that would produce the same feeling of disconnectedness with myself that Ingmar Bergman felt.

This, of course, made me think of the blog Black Agenda Report, of which I’m a compulsive fan.  It is clear to me that the Obama Experience has produced in all the principals terrible personal crises of identity and existence. That I have a clearer understanding of because as a Jew who is opposed to Zionism I have had many, many, years to separate myself from Zionists and to see them as ontologically different from me, despite sharing some strands of DNA.  Glen Ford in a speech to a “Black Is Back” conference speaks of Black Americans having been among the most aware, forward-thinking, class-conscious, world peace advocates of any American sub-group until 2007.  After this point the vast majority of this sub-group’s closest philosophical ally had become the much smaller sub-group of Americans who earn more than $1,000,000 per year.  The reason: Obama.  My guess is that Glen Ford, Bruce Dixon, Margaret Kimberley and Jared Ball had all considered and perhaps even written about the possibility of something like this coming to pass for years. but more as an intellectual or philosophical proposition.  This became real to them, I believe, with Obama’s speech at the 2004 Democrat convention.  I don’t know for sure, but I’d bet that since that moment each have written ever more dire pieces about what an “Obama Experience” would mean for Black Americans, ALL Americans, and the rest of the world.  I’ve certainly read the last three years worth of them and they have been wholly accurate in their analysis of the American political and cultural scene as it has unspooled itself.

The speech in 2004 or perhaps Obama’s behavior in the lead-up to his election to the Senate in 2006, or maybe earlier than any of that, perhaps, during Obama’s loss to Bobby Rush in a Democrat primary for Rush’s House seat probably provoked some of that same sense of disconnectedness from people who shared their DNA and maybe even their values.  That is not a trivial thing, let me tell you. Unlike me, who had decades of understanding Zionism, its origins, its imperial uses, its violence, its sadism and its role on Brzezinski and Kissinger’s “chessboard,” and thus plenty of time — from pre-adolescence, really — to have no illusions about my sub-group, nor expectations, and to self-identify as a peaceful world citizen, I can only believe that to the principals of Black Agenda Report, the “Obama shock” allowed no such luxury.

I´d make the final point that the degree and kind of analysis one finds in BAR is different from that of celebrity Black American public “intellectuals,” and certainly politicians, all of whom are in a different business: the BUSINESS OF CAREERISM, not the business of intellectual analysis.  Black Agenda Report stays at its task sometimes with frustration and a weary cynicism, but believe me, those are natural to all who understand THE BIG STORY.

My friend in the Skype chat wrote to me, “stop this…Tom Dwan wouldn´t be caught dead on Oprah Winfrey!”  He’s probably right. And neither would David DeGraw, both of whom in their own ways well understand THE BIG STORY.

The WHEELCHAIR-BOUND ADOLESCENTS’ PERFORMANCE OF HAROLD PINTER’s “DUMBWAITER,” while a figment of my imagination, would be a very likely candidate to fill a 15-minute Oprah Winfrey segment, however.

Suerte.

The Promised Land of Organized Crime

David Duke’s presentation showing how organized crime is hardly what the old movies told us they were (Italian). Apparently, Jews (not Italians) were the biggest organized criminals.

Interesting.

War Crimes Is What America Is All About

“To initiate a war of aggression is not only an international crime; it is the supreme international crime, differing only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole.”
-Nuremburg tribunal

There are “principles” and then there are “logistics”.

In principle, the war criminals should be held accountable (as were the Nazis and Japanese, to some extent), but logistically there are so many American criminals that we can’t do it.

How Was Your Florida Spring Break?

Courtesy of Redskynews

I have a few young family members that just had Spring Break. I called them personally and asked them to not go to Florida (or anywhere on the Gulf Coast). I explained to them that I believe that swimming, eating the seafood (maybe some people don’t mind their fish with lesions on it), or even frollicking in the sand could be hazardous to their health.

As far as I know, only one relative went (after telling me on the phone that she wasn’t going). I have yet to speak with her about it (and probably won’t). Young people have priorities very different than an old guy like me, I understand that. But had one of my uncles ever personally called me and asked me to not do something, I would have evaluated sources and information shared with me and made my own decision. I hope she did this.

Would she have seen the news that shrimpers keep pulling up nets full of oil (found in the Courthouse News Service link above):

At a scoping meeting last week in Biloxi, Miss., Vietnamese shrimpers said they have pulled up nets full of oil from the seafloor and have had to decide whether to report the oil to the Coast Guard, which would mean dumping their day’s catch, or pretend they don’t see the oil.

John Lliff, a supervisor with NOAA’s Damage Assessment Remediation and Restoration Program, said no one knows how much of the seafloor is covered in oil. …

Shrimpers in Biloxi also said that in places where shrimp have been plentiful, there are no shrimp now. …

If she had been investigating my claims, she may have found one such article that caught my attention where I was informed that Mississippi’s Attorney General, Jim Hood, attended various Town Hall meetings in South Mississippi to find that the biggest complaint was not the slow financial payouts by BP’s hired hand, Feinberg, (I covered him here) but more related to how many people are getting sick:

[Waveland resident Laurie] Lambert said, “I mean there’s people getting sick everywhere and nobody realized how bad it is.”

“It makes me sick to see little kids swimming out there in that water. There’s dead fish everywhere. I mean, that alone is nasty. That’s just a cause right there for health problems,” said Lambert.

While others were a bit more poignant describing their ailments:

“When they started burning the dispersants out there, my lungs caught on fire. I have emphysema and COPD,” Martin Rehbein said.

He is now beginning to see skin problems. He wants Hood to know he’s convinced it’s caused from the spill.

“These things just started coming out and this has gotten a lot worse,” said Rehbein.

I wonder if she saw any of the 136 dead bottlenose dolphins that seem to be washing up all over the coast during her visit? From MSNBC:

As of Monday night, scientists counted 136 bottlenose dolphin carcasses found since mid-January along the shores of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida, almost half of them newly born or stillborn infants.

And [Blair Mase, NOAA's stranding coordinator for the Southeast] noted that “we’re still in the response phase” since carcasses are washing up daily, including at least two on Tuesday in Louisiana.

Or the new rash of sea turtles dying in droves?

“In the past couple of weeks, we’ve seen an increase” in turtle deaths in the northern Gulf, Connie Barclay, a spokeswoman for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, told msnbc.com.

Since March 15, she noted, 39 deaths were confirmed in Mississippi, 4 in Alabama and 3 in Louisiana.

I will admit that when I read at Digital Journal (via Activist Post) that the Obama Administration decided to restrict finding on these dead dolphins referenced above, it causes me to consider that we have just another lie and cover-up in the making. But what else is new with the Fascist State?

And like everything else I bitch about here, surely any thinking person will admit the huge possibility that things are far worse in this situation than officials will ever admit to. Just consider that for every dead animal that washes ashore, there is likely many more that don’t make it to be seen:

The death toll from the Gulf of Mexico oil spill goes far beyond the animal corpses washing ashore, says a report that warns that whale and dolphin deaths may be 50 times higher than believed.

The report, by an international team of marine mammal specialists, estimates that for every corpse that washes ashore another 50 may never be found.

I was discussing a different topic at my friend, DublinMick’s blog, when I noticed this comment post that caught my attention:

FLORIDA MEGASTORM: WORST YET TO COME, 3/31/11 10 a.m.

400 lightning strikes in 20 minutes, widespread flooding, power outages near Brooksville and points east. This is from the first hours of this storm, although it was turbulent overnight.

Majority of storm still out in Gulf, aimed at coast just north of Clearwater. Storm moving 45 mph. They keep extending the tornado watches. Wind 100 mph in places.

Lots of reported tornado sightings. Everything canceled, people running for cover. Weather guy on channel 8 is explaining it as just another cold front. Lots of high rises on the beach near St. Pete are in big trouble in about 15 minutes.

Dutchsinse called this two days ago on YouTube.

Report from St. Pete: “My dogs have been freaking out since Sunday night.”

National Weather Service: “Main threat straight line winds.” Hmm, that would put the multiple tornadoes second. Lightning and hail #3.

Speaking of some way to stir this mess up even more and then dump it further inland. One of the early fears about this poison dump was “what if” a big storm hit? It appears we may see what happens. My prayers and hopes for the safety of those citizens go out.

Now, I don’t think that my young niece has any immediate health effect to deal with, but from what I have read it doesn’t necessarily happen immediately. I also understand that most that have had ill effects are full time residents, by and large.
