Been doing a lot of poking around the drug war blogs. What I’m seeing isn’t good. Its happening just as I told folks it would back when the med pot question ramped up.I kept tell folks.”Ya, start you dispensaries. Put your names on lists as med patients. Down the road when things are ripe, the Feds WILL come down on everyone getting involved. They will have your names and numbers.” well…here we are….they are cracking down. But they don’t care about people like Korn Likker or my family members and friends. The facts are out there that show our government has lied and continues to lie about cannabis. It doesn’t matter. McCarthyism and Jim Crow are standing tall these days.

What PISSSESSSSSS me off (ooops bad word, censor me B’man) is we pay for all that is done to us (and Syria too).
AND to top it off, most of the PTB are users of one thing or another too. Or have been. Clinton had to have nasal surgery because he had coked out the nasal septum… and Obummer has spoken of use.
Just plain GRRRRRRRRRRRR to it all. And yeah, Bman, it is sunny and clear today. Spring, the trees are tentatively sending out shoots and blossoms. However, this year, I wonder, is this our last spring with flowers and such?
Hell, pass me the pipe so I can just enjoy the flowers and not remember Syria for a few moments….
Oh, and off topic, Bman. Remember that Cat strike I wrote about last week? Cat closed the factory, fired everyone and moved back down to the US where they had already been hiring new workers who will be glad to work at the pittance offered (or maybe even less). This after a record year for the greedy cats who then demanded a 50% cut and removal of benefits, from the workers. The whole town will hurt as a result of this… Just like you said happened in the US.
Yeah, it is a wonderful world. Ok pass the pipe, I need a nice daydream….

Cat was a good customer to me back several years ago. I also knew many people that worked there and watched as they stripped them of money, benefits and many of their jobs. But I also watched it happen when they took it away from those up north (Pennsylvania is one example) and moved them down here for the lower wages (which STILL isn’t enough).
I have said many times that eventually the jobs will come back, but not until they squash the worker’s collective bargaining, make their lives so miserable that they will welcome the poorly paying jobs as a life saver, and hardly anyone will utter a word about it.
People can be so stupid.
