Posted the link below. As far as taking several decades/generations to replace the pollution, maybe in the intellectual department, but probably not the financial one. Look at what happened to Germany back in the early 1930′s when they kicked out the banksters and said ‘NO” to the debrts created by bankers. They experienced an economic miracle.
