I had another communication with Ry2Sense (he blocked me from his Youtube Channel… I must be a bear to deal with, or the young man is a pussy, or better yet, Ryan wants no real truth to be read on his channel). I want to give my friends who have defended him the benefit of the doubt and in turn, give him a chance to redeem himself for the stupid things he has said or written in full ass-.up ready-to-receive-the-pound display.
It is much more than the 911 thing (and Ryan simply apologizes for Paul’s asinine distancing himself from the truth and/or Truthers… of which Ryan obviously is not and cares little for). 9/11 is the absolute nut-cutter, but some sycophants could care less about that truth. They have other agendas to pursue. I sent Ryan the data (the math)… I told him where I got it (Paul’s Plan To Restore America economic plan)… and I asked him to research it.
He did nothing except the standard knee-jerk, sycophantic regurgitation of talking points.
The damned details are right there for anyone to see, but when the horse refuses to drink, (we deal in mixed metaphors around here) we can easily see where some people are either too stupid or, maybe part of the hood-winking. Sure, I also know that emotional ties become very strong when someone like Ryan puts themselves on the line by touting so much bullshit that when the truth is heard, one must run away screaming with their fingers in their ears. He is committed and when a committed person sees or hears the truth, it is still damn near impossible to get them to see the light (when they are desperately clutching the blindfold down over their own eyes).
Now, Ryan wrote one key sentence that really tells it all. When I addressed that Paul would continue the Bush-era tax cuts (that have only served the ultra rich and to make the burden be on us poor people), Ryan replied, “For one there is nothing wrong with Bush’s tax cuts. ” The funny thing was Ryan’s very first sentence to me in his reply:
I’m sorry but you don’t seem to know anything about economics or Ron Paul.
Heh.
No, I’m no economics expert, but I did stay in a Holiday Inn last night.

Paul isn’t cutting Medicare or Social Security or food stamps at all. SS is your own money. Paul’s idea is to allow the youth to opt out of it. And phase it out. And he would cut a lot more than 15% form the military. He end both wars and close down bases all over the world.
What the Freak is wrong with people? I didn’t write the plan for Paul (and obviously, Paul didn’t either). One thing is for sure, I have not heard a single person who has actually LOOKED at the data to be able to discount or negate my findings. The ONLY ones who even try are the ones so enamored with Paul that they can’t see or don’t want to see what is plainly right in front of their two eyes.
I don’t have a dog in the race (I am no ObamaBot nor do I have another candidate I am pushing, especially from either of the parties). So, what could possible be my motive, if one believes I have a negative motive?
Look, I am tired of getting screwed. And worse, I am sick and tired of numbnut, insouciant sycophants with some emotional attachment to a candidate that cannot even READ their favorite candidate’s OWN GOD DANGED paper to see where they are screwing their fellow Americans (hell, I don’t know if Ryan is an American, I know he works for the Japanese government, for whatever that is worth beyond the obviously dubious connections that would bring).

My goodness, BuelahWorld is a raving crazy house. Who knows what the new Senate bill will end up doing to everyday Americans (you know, the ones who care and haven’t sucked the tainted koolaid bottle dry). It is suggested that no one has anything to worry about, *as long as* you don’t associate with Al Qaeda.
Give me a break. I know two Muslims and I am 50 years old. I have asked many people, “how many Muslims do you know”? Most times, the answer is none. (Same with Jews, btw)
Maybe they are all around me, living peacefully (likely scared to death that some crazy redneck will decide to start “defending the homeland” against their peaceful lifestyle). But I can assure you, that the last thing that this old redneck wants to do is “associate” with Al Qaeda (or any “terrorist” organization). If there is something in reality called Al Qaeda that isn’t CIA fostered and supported, I sure as hell don’t want anything to do with them.
But, Al Qaeda isn’t really an everyday American’s problem, and most of you know that. Most of you that I talk to admit something is very wrong with the whole storyline. Just like the latest interaction with my floor guy and his recently returned from battle son (Dr Doug wrote about it), the old man admitted that he didn’t believe the 911 story (at least, suggesting that our own people were involved). This is common thought, even with us “dumb ole” rednecks.
And it is obvious that the storyline has constantly been falling apart right before our eyes. Eventually people begin to understand when they have been hoodwinked and the questions are beginning to get louder and more vigorous.
So, S. 1867 has a little provision that incorporates all Americans, even those living in the “land of the free”. And if you have a problem with that, they have a new home for you.

Of course, it has nothing, whatsoever, to do with Al Qaeda sympathizers. It has everything to do with housing dissenters and those who will freak totally out when they lower the final hammer after the holiday money grab. Of course, even those who believe this is a possibility will likely yawn at that statement. To be honest, I have no idea what these facilities are, but I don’t doubt that many (800? I dunno) exist.
It is obvious to me that this is all orchestrated. Just realize that things like the Patriot Act were written BEFORE 911. You DO understand the significance of that statement, don’t you, my fellow rednecks? That plans were being made for invasions of Afghanistan, Iraq and the rest of the middle east BEFORE 911 (up to 20 years before)? Do you still doubt that all of this is planned?
But here is the whole deal, in a nutshell. There is nothing that these overlords do that can be trusted any more. There is an agenda, maybe I don’t have it nailed down perfectly, but there is something afoot. And one would be better off prepared for some breakdown that leads to a crackdown. If the SHTF, then you will be staying off the streets, unless you want to entertain the military detention that the bill offers.

A worrying bulletin of the Ministry of Defence turned to Prime Minister Putin and President Medvedev today said that President Hu has “agreed in principle” that the only way to stop the aggression of the West led by the United States is through of “direct and immediate military action” and that the Chinese leader has ordered its naval forces “prepare for war.”
Or is it all an orchestrated deal? Meaning, are we intentionally making the last stand against the other world powers? And why would we? I have warned over and over about where our hegemony was leading us and I have said it leads us to war with Russia and China (and the rest of the BRIC nations and the others who want our Empire to end).

What can I say that hasn’t been said other than I’m still highly ‘pissed off’.
I guess what pisses me off the most is the ignorance that ‘still’ prevails even when shown the evidence. I knew on that day back in 2001 after seeing the taped replays on television. Planes did not do this to the world trade center. A plane did not crash into the pentagon. Flight 93 did not crash, it was shot down. WTC-7 did not collapse due to fire and debris from towers 1 & 2.
Over the years, the biggest smoking gun in my eyes was the collapse of WTC Building 7, which if you recall was reported collapsing prior to the actual collapse. At 5:08pm EDT WTC 7 is shown standing during a report from BBC World (UK) on the right, and can be viewed in the Summary Video of Key Events on 9/11/2001. WTC 7 didn’t collapse until later that day. At 5:20:33 pm EDT on September 11, 2001, World Trade Center 7 started to collapse which can also be viewed in the summary above.
In the segment from the summary above marking the collapse at 5:23pm WTC 7 collapse – CBS (USA), the on air reporter [ the cover up begins ] tries to convince you that it was all a mistake from the earlier BBC report by stating, "This is some of the problems with technology, and that is the pictures advance the facts" It appears the other way around to me. The facts advanced the pictures. Who had foreknowledge WTC building 7 was coming down ?
So yeah, I’m still pissed off !

This is to let you know that I support the ‘Gun Control’ agenda in your country. You see my friends, many of you know that it is impossible to purchase a ‘Fully Automatic Weapon’ at a gun show. Isn’t it a good thing that so many of you have no idea of the real restrictions in your county in regards to acquiring a firearm. There are some of you who caught on rather quickly. I first saw this from a person that goes by the name ‘Conspiracydude’ @Buelahman in a tweet he made on Saturday at 12:26 pm his local time. He tweeted, "Adam Gadahn supports / furthers GUN CONTROL agenda". Others have since seen this tweet and are spreading the word.
I must say that word of this isn’t spreading, and thats a good thing. If more people realized how much disinformation and propaganda their news agencies spread, our job would be impossible.

Osama Bin Laden was one of the 54 children of Mohammed bin Awad bin Laden, a construction magnate who made his fortune by cozying up to the royal family of Saudi Arabia. The bin Laden family has had an intimate relationship with the upper reaches of global power politics for the past half a century.
In 1996, after the bombing of the Khobar Towers for which Osama took credit, the Saudi Binladen Group was given the contract to rebuild the facility (see article on page 14).
Also in 1996, FBI agents in the Washington field office were investigating the World Assembly of Muslim Youth, a suspected terrorist organization that included Abdullah Bin Laden, the group’s president and treasurer, and Omar Bin Laden. BBC News uncovered internal FBI documents showing how the agents were ordered to stop their investigation. The case was only reopened the week after 9/11 and the day after both brothers fled the US with FBI permission.
In 1998, another FBI investigation into the Bin Laden brothers, this one initated by the New York field office, was called off by the State Department because, it was revealed, the Bin Laden family had been granted Saudi diplomatic passports in 1996 and thus had diplomatic immunity inside the United States.
In the days after 9/11, two dozen members of the Bin Laden family and over 100 members of the Saudi royal family were flown to assembly points in Texas and Washington and then flown out of the country. At least one of these flights took place during the total ban on civilian air traffic over North American airspace. Declassified FBI documents show that the Bureau believed the Bin Laden family flight out of the country—carrying suspected terrorists Abdullah and Omar Bin Laden—was chartered by Osama Bin Laden himself, but some of the passengers, including Abdullah, were not even interviewed in person by the FBI before their departure.
Of course, for the purveyors of the official conspiracy theory of Al-Qaeda, none of this has any relevance because the Saudi Binladin Group, the family business conglomerate, issued a terse, two-sentence statement in April of 1994 publicly disowning Osama. The facts, however, indicate that this public disowning was in fact a ruse.
In 2004, Osama’s half-brother Yeslam Binladin admitted that the family shared a joint Swiss bank account with Osama. The account was not closed until 1997, the year after the Khobar Towers bombing.
Nonetheless, the question remains: do the Bin Laden family connections to the highest circles of power in the American political establishment have any relevance to the story of Osama Bin Laden? Is there any evidence that American intelligence was involved with Osama himself over the years?
During Operation Cyclone, the US government funded the Afghan mujahedeen in their struggle against the Soviets in the largest covert operation in CIA history to that time. An estimated $5 billion in arms and funding were supplied to the jihadis, including stinger anti-aircraft missiles and other equipment that kept the Soviet Red Army bogged down in the country for years.
Officially, the CIA’s contact was limited to the Afghans themselves, and no funding was given to the so-called Arab Afghans like Osama Bin Laden, the Muslims from the Arab world who came to Afghanistan to aid in their fight against the Soviets. In reality, however, CIA funds were being funnelled to the ISI, the Pakistani intelligence service that distributed those funds to the Arab Afghans through an organization called MAK, or the Bureau of Services. Osama Bin Laden was the one in charge of MAK’s finances.
This much was admitted by Osama’s brother Salem in 1985, who confessed that Osama was “the liaison between the US, the Saudi government and the Afghan rebels” at the time. In 1986, Salem asked the Pentagon for anti-aircraft missiles on Osama’s behalf.
The former chief of the US visa bureau in Jeddah, Michael Springmann, has testified that during his time there, he was respeatedly ordered by CIA officials to approve visas for Bin Laden’s mujahedeen cohorts so that they could be provided training at US military bases. 11 of the 19 alleged 9/11 hijackers would go on to get their visas from the same consulate.
FBI whistleblower Sibel Edmonds has admitted that in her time at the FBI she saw proof that the US had maintained a “very intimate relationship” with Bin Laden all the way though the 1990s up to September 11th.
The Guardian reported that Osama had travelled to the American Hospital in Dubai for kidney dialysis treatment in June 2001. While there, he was visited by the local CIA station chief. When the CIA official later boasted about having met Osama Bin Laden, he was promptly recalled to Washington.
In a July 2005 article in the Guardian, Robin Cook, the former speaker of the House of Commons, asserted that the name Al Qaeda itself actually referred to the database containing CIA assets from the Afghan mujahedeen struggle.
Even Osama’s alleged responsibility for the 9/11 events has been repeatedly called into question.
After video of what the Pentagon alleged was Osama Bin Laden confessing to the 9/11 attacks emerged in December 2001, a German national news program conducted its own investigation into the tape. According to its own, independent translators, every single point in the video that the Pentagon alleges indicate Osama’s foreknowledge or complicity in the 9/11 attack has been mistranslated, and the video does not in fact provide any proof of confession.
Famously, FBI spokesman Rex Tomb told investigative journalist Ed Haas that the FBI did not include 9/11 on Bin Laden’s “most wanted” profile because there was no hard evidence connecting him to the crime.
And yet within the first minute of TV coverage of the second plane hitting the World Trade Center on 9/11, Osama Bin Laden was named as the likely perpetrator of the event. This idea solidified into a near certainty within hours, and the 24/7 news coverage shifted almost immediately to the question of when the US would invade Afghanistan.
In an interview the day after 9/11, confronted with this tendency of the press to jump to conclusions about Osama Bin Laden, ex-CIA station chief Milt Bearden made some unexpected statements about the supposed terrorist mastermind.
And now, in May of 2011, after Osama Bin Laden has been allegedly tracked down and allegedly shot by a Navy Seal team, after a trillion dollars and two wars have been waged in the name of fighting his shadowy, non-existent terror organization, as the very fabric of our society itself has been torn asunder in the neverending hunt for the terrorist boogeyman under our collective bed, perhaps it is time to ask once again what Osama Bin Laden means to us, after all.
If one were to base their understanding of Osama Bin Laden solely on mainstream media coverage of him over the last 10 years, a very different picture would emerge to the one that you have just been presented.
This media-constructed image would be one of a radical Muslim who appeared out of nowhere in the 1990s to begin a string of increasingly devastating terror attacks on American targets. After masterminding the 9/11 attacks in some undefined manner from a cave fortress in the hills of Afghanistan, he supposedly outwitted and outmanoeuvred the combined might of the most powerful military and the most technologically sophisticated intelligence dragnet in the history of the world for an entire decade, all the while releasing videos and audiotapes from his secret compound to taunt his would-be captors. Finally, we are told, he was tracked down and shot in a special forces raid during which live video transmissions were inexplicably unavailable and then buried at sea before his death could be confirmed by any independent third party.
What emerges from the official Osama Bin Laden story is not a person but a comic book villain, a faceless, mysterious, motivationless embodiment of “terrorism” with all the reality of a Lex Luther or Cobra Commander. His is a powerful myth, made all the more powerful because it has been constructed and promoted by the very politicians and string-pullers who claim to be opposing him. Like Orwell’s Emmanuel Goldstein, his face can be put before the public from time to time to produce the Two Minute Hate, a cathartic projection of anger upon an empty image. We know to hiss when his picture is dangled before us and cheer when we are told he is dead. But always, always, it is stressed that he is fearsome, that he is ruthless, and that the only way to stop him is to surrender our rights and freedoms. Even in death, we are told, he and the mythical army of devotees he supposedly ruled over, are a clear and present danger to our society necessitating the continuation of the neverending wars against abstract nouns, TSA agents groping children at the airports and extra-judicial no-fly lists that are turning in to no-ride lists and no-buy lists.
The only thing we can say for certain is that the Osama Bin Laden character has now been disposed of in a far-fetched burial story only fitting of his cartoonish myth. And now the public is already being prepared for his replacement myths, a gaggle of similarly cartoonish charactersno less connected to the Western intelligence establishment than Osama himself.
But after finally waking from the 10 year nightmare of the Osama Bin Laden fable, are the public willing to go straight back to sleep? Or are they going to start questioning the official narratives that are cemented into place in the wake of every large-scale event, narratives that always support more government intrusion in our lives, expanded wars of aggression around the globe and an ever-expanding police state?
It’s an important question, and one that must be answered quickly, while the public is still wary and skeptical of a government that has lied to them time and time again and then refuses to provide that public with a single credible shred of proof that the largest manhunt in the history of America has ended with the disposal of this intelligence asset, Osama Bin Laden.
For if the public does choose to go back to sleep and dismiss the copious documentary evidence that the entire war on terror is a fraud being perpetrated by the same people who claim to be fighting the terrorists, we may never be able to awake from whatever nightmare they have planned for us next.

Afghanistan uses electricity just like we do. Electrical supply is 50 hertz, 220-240 volt alternating current over there. Take a look at those photos of Osama watching TV again. What do you see ? If you didn’t catch it, let me direct your attention to the electrical power strip hanging on the wall. It looks like one you would have in your home in Amerika that supplies 110-120 volts. I suppose the former master of terror could have a voltage converter or transformer but, I don’t know why a person living in Afghanistan [not visiting] would go through the trouble. After all, appliances are manufactured for that side of the world just as they are for this side, and I know of no one here that converts 220-240 volts to 110-120v. I’d bet the photos were taken somewhere in the western world. I’d also bet that Osama is enjoying retirement.

Electrical sockets (outlets) in Afghanistan usually supply electricity at between 220 and 240 volts AC. If you’re plugging in an appliance that was built for 220-240 volt electrical input, or an appliance that is compatible with multiple voltages, then an adapter is all you need.
But travel plug adapters do not change the voltage, so the electricity coming through the adapter will still be the same 220-240 volts the socket is supplying. North American sockets supply electricity at between 110 and 120 volts, far lower than in most of the rest of the world. Consequently, North American appliances are generally built for 110-120 volts.

I hadn’t planned on writing about a guy that was killed around 8 to 10 years ago, but now I can’t help myself. Everywhere that I have been in the past several days that has a TV on has been showing little more than the Fear Narrative driven by OBL’s 9th death. It is EVERYWHERE.
What does that tell me? Not that I have to worry about the constructed Bogeyman Reprisal, but that something big is being planned and the rhetoric is shifting to warp-speed. They want you scared, people. And there are very few people who have not taken the tainted Koolaid. Watch the following I saw at The Intel Hub (the entire piece is good):

“Better safe than sorry” the Brutha tells us. Then the next person interviewed tells us that we need to use our millions of eyes and ears to keep a vigilant watch out (as IF people don’t, already).
Let me tell you something, I trust very few people already, not because of terrorism, but because people are already getting hungry where I am from. Crime is skyrocketing around here. Break-ins, shoplifting, home invasions on elderly, murder…
People are already losing it, but it has NOTHING to do with any terrorism, it has EVERYTHING to do with survival in a country where decent jobs have disappeared and the ones left don’t pay enough even for the basics. I know several people personally that are facing charges as I write this. These are good people at their heart, but have become desperate enough to do anything because they can’t get a job or have been screwed over by the Law.
But beyond this, listen to the security apparatus’ new digs being setup at malls, train stations, and other “soft” targets. In other words, EVERYWHERE else that people mingle.
Please watch each other. Be suspicious of everyone as a terrorist.
BE LIKE ISRAEL: with a search of every person at every “soft” target area in their country. God, doesn’t that make you wonder just how much of a real outside terrorist problem they have? Does it make you consider that maybe there are many mini false flag events that happened there, which is now expanding here? Hell, it’s all the same people running the show, or their paid and manipulated puppets that run things here (think Chertoff, as a single example).
I just gotta say that being like Israel is NOT what is best for me or my country. However, I cannot deny that it is happening right before our eyes.
Isn’t it amazing how much intel we have gleamed from the documents, pc’s, thumb drives, etc found at OBL’s $1M Estate, er, $250K house? Is it just me, but how much more intel could have been gotten from OBL himself, seeing how now that he could have easily been taken since the lies have been demolished about his armed confrontation and using his wife as a human shield. Do you think that a kidney failed, diabetes infested towel head could have kept from spilling ALL the beans by their favorite torture device, the Water Board?
More insane is the fact that Obama claims that releasing any photos could cause reprisals, yet EVERYTHING insists that we are going to get reprisals without releasing them. But does that stop them from releasing OTHER gruesome photos from that “firefight”? Or did it stop the Saddam Hussein or his sons images from being splattered everywhere?
Seriously, on the face of this, it is evident that all of this is a lie. But even if it isn’t, why do things the way they were done? Check BrassCheckTV for their hypothesis.
I, on the other hand, believe there are a variety of motives behind this. It’s like a massive attempt to go for all the marbles, as it were. Read SteveLendmanBlog post on the subject and catch this:
Issues and Answers
After years of using bin Laden simultaneously as a CIA asset and “Enemy Number One,” why the shift now? Aside from eliminating the alleged top terror threat, major events like this are always strategically timed for political reasons.
At least several stand out now, including:
(1) Boosting Obama’s sagging image. It worked according to a New York Times poll showing an approval bump from 46% in April to an early May 57%, even though the euphoria will soon fade in hard times.
(2) Diverting attention from eroding domestic needs, notably growing angst over a deepening Main Street depression.
(3) Hyping fear for intensified, not less, imperial war, and perhaps preparing the ground for a major false flag attack to advance America’s grand scheme for unchallengeable global dominance.
I pointed out many of the same issues on FB and elsewhere, including the fact that the media whores have stopped talking about Fukushima, where they are nowhere near fixing the spewing radiation that is now found here and elsewhere in the world. Notice how we barely hear that Feds Abandon Extra Radiation Monitoring of Milk, Water. We also have forgotten about Libya, in many ways, especially the fact that our magnificent bombing raids have killed many innocent children and that we are now in cahoots with the very same Al Qaeda in that endeavor (shit, didn’t we just hear that they were our enemy????).
This whole thing is comical in its attempt to form a narrative and when facts are shown to be lies (like the fact that the staged photo-op with Hillary and the boys aghast watching the killings happen live actually could not be true since they lost the video feed for over 20 minutes as it was happening). I told a friend on Facebook that the picture of Clinton looking so freaked out might have just as easily been them watching a bunch of dead babies, except for the fact that I doubt that even THAT would illicit such an image and response from that evil bitch.
Have we simply hired a bunch of actors who play parts on behalf of the Zionists? Just look at how the narrative was setup by Obama not allowing pictures taken of his announcement, then going to set up a photo-op right afterwards so the pictures of his concern could be printed.
Let me ask you a couple of things about this farce and how it makes little sense, even from the players in the play. How can POTUS Obama and Sec Clinton come out and tell us that “justice has been served”, that “the world is a safer place”, and that the “world is better off”, but at the same time that we need to “redouble our efforts”. Redouble? As in spending another $TRILLION on bogus Imperialism of the Middle East? It will never end and the contradictions seemingly escape the mass of Americans.
Look. It is evident that Obama is the lead role in this production, but he didn’t write it, nor direct any of it. This comes from elsewhere up the production food chain. It’s all a production to scare the shit out of you. And the other long-dead actor was paid, not only by our CIA early on, but by British Intelligence AND Mossad.
I saw this at the aangirfan blog (and subsequently watched the rest of the interview at DProgram). If you don’t have time for the entire interview, at least watch this one:

Here is what we need to remember: these people are not incompetent. Of course there are some that are stupid as rocks, but by and large there are very bright people doing this. But it is very difficult to construct such a production when the main actor has been dead for a very long time. Yet the majority of American people are too brainwashed, scared and full of American Exceptionalism to understand that we are watching a play/movie unfold before our eyes.
But what could possibly be their rationale for this production? Especially if he was unarmed.
No, it’s a lie to do something else. And there are surely several goals to be attained due to the lie.
You think its simply to raise Obama’s poll numbers? In the scheme of things, those who control this all don’t give a shit about that (even tho Obama might). There is more to it.
How about the latest news from those thumb drives that tell us of the plot of Al Qaeda to attack rail lines in the USA? Think that might be an excuse to implement scanners and dick touching at railway terminals and other “soft” targets? Isn’t that amazing? Or maybe the fact that the Dollar is crashing and several countries like China, Japan and S Korea are now considering dumping the use of the US Dollar? Or that the Eurozone is quickly falling apart and that Greece wants out?
Or simply think about this post here that I shared a couple of days ago that is getting so much attention lately. Think that any of this, not to mention that almost every source has since shut down any viewing or tracking of Elenin, might be keeping truly IMPORTANT things from being understood?
What else do you think are the motives, besides Obama’s lagging poll numbers that really doesn’t mean shit?

While President Obama didn’t touch on it in his speech tonight, the U.S. is really militarily involved in Libya to protect our strategic interests in broccoli.
Specifically, Gaddafi has been threatening to nationalize Libya’s broccoli resources for years, as Reuters and the Financial Times have previously documented.
The Coalition of Globalists are not interested in sheltering the Libyan people from Muammar al- Gaddafi. The no-fly zone and attacks on the Libyan military by NATO and U.S. have nothing to do with democracy and free elections.
It’s about oil – and who owns it.

Gaddafi’s troops on Tuesday reversed the westward charge of rebel forces as world powers met in London more than a week after the United States and other nations launched a military campaign aimed at protecting Libyan civilians.
While Stavridis said the opposition’s leadership appeared to be “responsible men and women” fighting Gaddafi, he said that “we have seen flickers in the intelligence of potential al Qaeda, Hezbollah. We’ve seen different things.”
“But at this point I don’t have detail sufficient to say there is a significant al Qaeda presence or any other terrorist presence,” he said.
Some claim that there are over 1,000 jihadists in the “resistance”.
Besides, the west sold Libya all the weapons we are now funding the resistance to fight against:
George Galloway interviewed on Sky News with journalist Nabila Ramdani on the Libya, Gaddafi, UN resolution, the bombing, arms, oil and gas.
RawDawg points out that we have no interest, as Americans and that what we are doing is the height of hypocrisy:
First, the US has no strategic or security interest neither in Libya nor in seeing Quaddifi removed from power. Although the premise of protecting civilians is promulgated as being of utmost importance, they do not say if rebels start to kill ruthlessly once they reach the immediate areas around Tripoli, that the US will protect pro government supports equally as vehement. This throws a wrench in what is apparently illogic US logic.
Second, the hypocrisy displayed by the current administration causes additional consternation. Looking at Yemen for example, where in theory we have a strategic interest, we are taking no action. Yemen is a country in which we have evidence that al Qaida is holding training for terrorist attacks against the US. There is also a division between the military between defectors from the monarchy and those loyal to the US confederate President Ali Abdullah Saleh. We are not involved at all yet a split in the military is likely the US worse fear seeing that it may lead to isolation for us not openly and aggressively supporting the youth revolt. They already are more anti-US than most other Arab nations and this may push them closer to Al Qaeda.
He said, “Now, ruling America is a black man from our continent, an African from Arab descent, from Muslim descent, and this is something we never imagined – that from Reagan we would get to Barakeh Obama.”
Gaddafi stressed that Obama’s presidency is “a major historical gain” and said, “He is someone I consider a friend. He knows he is a son of Africa. Regardless of his African belonging, he is of Arab Sudanese descent, or of Muslim descent. He is a man whose policy should be supported, and he should be assisted in implementing it in any way possible, since he is now leaning towards peace.”

QUESTION: P.J., before getting to a call with Juppé and the implications of that, I just wanted you to get a chance – Mark said on the conference call earlier that the – this story that appeared in the British newspaper over the weekend about the U.S. asking the Saudis to give arms to the Libyan rebels, he said that that was inaccurate and said that you might have something more to say about that.
MR. CROWLEY: I will just reiterate what he said.
QUESTION: Well, the reason I’m even asking this, first, is because at the White House, the spokesman there, when he was asked, gave the response, “I have nothing for you on that,” which, to my mind, was either the refuge of the – is the refuge of the inept or scoundrel. Is there anything to this? It’s less than a non-denial denial.
MR. CROWLEY: No, no. Well –
QUESTION: Can you put a stake through the heart of this story or –
MR. CROWLEY: Yes. Well, it’s very simple. In the UN Security Council resolution passed on Libya, there is an arms embargo that affects Libya, which means it’s a violation for any country to provide arms to anyone in Libya. So it’s not true.
QUESTION: Okay, all right.
QUESTION: And you’re not – so then you’re not going to ever consider arming the rebels?
MR. CROWLEY: Well, I can repeat if you want.
QUESTION: Yeah.
MR. CROWLEY: It would be illegal for the United States to do that.
QUESTION: So that you’re eliminating that as an option?
MR. CROWLEY: Well, it’s not a legal option.
QUESTION: Well, but the –
QUESTION: So you’re not going to do it?
QUESTION: Your counterpart at the White House said that arming the rebels – he said all options are on the table.
MR. CROWLEY: Yes.
QUESTION: And that that is one of them.
MR. CROWLEY: Okay. I haven’t seen a transcript.
Oops! Not on the same page, but Crowley knows the law (supposedly). So, who will override the man’s understanding of the law?
Let me finish by quoting some of Paul Craig Roberts latest piece found at Information Clearing House, where you will get a taste of the exact position I take: Obama is a lying hypocrite and I cannot understand how anyone could take him serious again:
In his war against Libya, Obama has taken America one step further into Caesarism. Obama did Bush one step better and did not even bother to get congressional authorization for his attack on Libya. Obama claimed that his moral authority trumped the US Constitution. The hypocrisy reeks. How the public stands it, I do not know:

Israel’s proposed new Terrorism Law significantly extends definition of terrorism
A new version of Israel’s Terrorism Law recently proposed by the Israeli government introduces a very broad definition of terrorism and terrorist organizations. Legal experts believe it is liable to endanger organizations and activities that are currently defined as legal in Israel.

A new Terrorism Law was recently drafted by Israel’s Attorney General, the State Attorney and senior officials from the shabac (Israel’s secret police, also called the Israel Security Agency), and approved by the Minister of Justice. It is scheduled to be introduced to the Knesset for a vote shortly, but has received little coverage in Israeli media so far.
The Israel Democracy Institute (IDI) has criticized the proposed new law in a recent publication. According to the IDI, “the basic problem with the draft memorandum bill lies in its overly broad definitions …. As a result of the breadth of these definitions, legal tools that raise the level of punishment, compromise due process, and violate rights of suspects and defendants are deployed in far too many cases, causing serious violations of rights.”
The proposed law seeks to replace other pieces of legislation including the current Israeli law for prevention of terrorism and the law prohibiting funding of terrorism, as well as modifying various existing laws such as the Public Defense Law and extending the provisions of others.
The proposed law significantly extends the definitions of terrorist acts and organisations, for example by introducing the concept of “envelope organisations.” According to Israeli authorities these are groups that provide socio-economic services to the public but are also linked to or support terrorist organisations and should therefore also be defined as “terrorist organisations.”
The explanatory notes to the new version specify explicitly that the new definition of “terrorist acts” does not distinguish between crimes committed against soldiers and those committed against civilians, because “terrorism is an illegitimate method of attaining political, ideological or religious ends irrespective of the identity of its victims.”
The proposed version permits a suspect to be held for up to 96 hours before being brought before a judge, and revises the period of detention of terrorist suspects without charge up to 30 days.
It also enables court hearings to be held in the absence of the suspect and denial of legal counsel for prolonged periods.
The proposed law details three different methods of seizure of property and freezing of assets of suspected organizations and individuals without recourse to fair process. To this end, secret evidence and “inadmissible evidence” may be presented to the court in order to demonstrate connection between the assets and the perpetrator of the act, even if the organization involved is not a declared “terrorist organisation.” The law also grants the authorities extensive search and confiscation rights for purposes of seizure, and the right to close premises.
As an example of the possible impact of these extensive seizure authorities, the IDI cites a situation in which an Israeli medical charity donates money or medical services to another medical charity that provides free health services to Palestinian civilians, but is partly linked to or recognized by the Hamas de-facto Health Ministry in the Gaza Strip. Under the new law, that Israeli charity can be immediately closed down, its property seized and its assets frozen under the new law, all without the possibility of due process, due to “links to a terrorist organization.”
On 3 October the IDI initiated a round-table discussion of the proposed law, seeking to arouse public debate on the subject.
IDI experts warn that “when legislation of this nature is enacted with regard to terrorism, there is the danger of radiation to other areas. Practices for dealing with terrorism that become routine are liable to spill over to other areas…. Israel must be careful not to overstep the boundaries of criminal law, both in terms of substantive criminal law and criminal procedure.”
In the opinion of the IDI, the law “relies too heavily on pre-existing local legislation that is archaic in nature, as well as on new legislation from other countries, which was adopted in the post 9/11 hysteria.”
Below is a non-exhaustive summary outlining selected aspects of the 105-page proposed law, as published in a memorandum by the Israeli Justice Ministry.
Definition of “terrorism”:
A “terrorist act” means the use or threat of action where-
(a) the use or threat is made from political, ideological or religious motives or out of hostility to the public,
(b) the use or threat is designed to intimidate the public or to persuade a government or governmental organization, including international governmental organizations or public organizations, to act or to refrain from acting in a certain way; in this paragraph, a prior reasonable assumption that the use or threat of such an action will intimidate the public shall be the same as design to intimidate the public,
(c) the use or threat involves one of the following, or poses an actual risk of one of the following:
(1) actual damage to the body or liberty of a person, or danger to a person’s life or risk of serious injury to a person
(2) serious damage to state security or to the health or safety of the public
(3) serious damage to property or damage to property that involves or may involve damage to government institutions or symbols
(4) damage or serious interference with essential infrastructure, systems or services, or serious damage to the state economy or the environment, or damage to the environment that could cause serious financial damage.
Definition of “terrorist organizations”:
The proposed law extends the definition of a “terrorist organization” to include so-called “envelope organizations” – organizations promoting, encouraging, supporting, cooperating or enabling the activities of “terrorist organizations.” Its explanatory notes specify that terrorist organizations are accompanied by support organizations engaged in socio-economic activities, as well as sympathizing organizations, without which they could not function.
The law also extends the definition of a member of a “terrorist organization” to persons participating in meetings or other activities of organizations defined as terrorist, or agreeing in principle to join a “terrorist organization,” even without acting on its behalf. Membership is assumed to remain in place until proven otherwise, and the burden of proof is on the alleged member.
Under the new law, if any crime is committed by a “terrorist organization” or by a member of one, it is assumed that this crime was committed with the intentions of a terrorist act. Crimes by a member of a “terrorist organization” are therefore assumed to be terrorist acts unless proven otherwise.
The Minister of Defense shall be authorized to declare an organization as a “terrorist organization,” but suspects and organizations can be convicted of terrorism or of membership even if the organizations involved have not been officially declared “terrorist organisations.”
The law grants the Minister of Defense the authority to declare organizations or individuals as terrorist, based on similar declarations by authorities overseas.
Suspects’ and detainees’ rights:
The proposed law permits a suspect to be held for up to 96 hours before being brought before a judge, and revises the period of detention of terrorist suspects without charge up to 30 days.
It also enables court hearings to be held in the absence of the suspect and denial of counsel for prolonged periods.
The law extends scope of the law permitting Administrative Detention (internment without trial), enabling the Minister of Defense to also impose “control orders” prohibiting the suspect from leaving a place or area, to impose exit bans from the country, and to ban suspects’ access to certain places, for a period of up to one year. It also enables police and army extensive authority to search persons and premises or carry out “any reasonable act” for the enforcement of these limitations.
Penalties:
Penalties are significantly stricter than in current anti-terrorist legislation. Those convicted of terrorism will serve 40-year minimum prison sentences, instead of 30.
According to the proposed law, criminal offenses should be punished more strictly if by intention, aim and circumstances they fulfill the definition of terrorist acts. Criminal offenses made with the intention of terrorism shall receive a double prison sentence, or 30 years.
In addition the law includes newly defined terrorism-related crimes with severe penalties, such as:
Directing a terrorist organization (25 years); employment by a terrorist organization (15 years); membership in an organization, whether it is an officially declared terrorist organization or not, and without proven participation in its activities (5 years); public expression of sympathy with a terrorist organization (3 years); Incitement to terrorism, including publicly encouraging, lauding or supporting terrorist acts or organizations; holding forbidden publications for dissemination or providing services for preparation, dissemination or publication or forbidden publications (minimum 3 years); providing means or services that can assist terrorist acts (2 years); harboring after terrorist acts (3 years); non-prevention of terrorism (3 years); threatening terrorism (half the sentence of the threatened act or 5 years); training for terrorist acts, for prevention of their discovery or for disruption of their investigation, or for the use or manufacture of weapons (7 years); receiving such training (5 years); trading in arms for terrorism (20-25 years); trading or holding goods belonging to a terrorist organization in order to pre-empt freezing of assets or confiscation (3 years); failing to report assets (1 year); vandalism to property for terrorist ends (7 years); or violation of control orders (2 years).

The world has changed after September 11th. Its changed because were no longer safe.

Whereas Americans launch attacks relatively quickly, first on Afghanistan and later on Iraq, using falsified evidence, doubts about the official version of the events of September 11th grows. The speculations that surfaced on the internet directly after the attacks were considered to be just wild conspiracy theories until this now. Yet the circumstantial evidence and even the substantial evidence itself paints a clear picture. The responsibility for the terrible attacks seems to lie not with Islamic Terrorists but with several high-ranking members of the military and administration of the U.S. Government.
