I’ve said it over and over again: follow the money. Its too profitable to make it legal.
Obama’s magical ascendance to power, fame and fortune would have been an impossibility had he been arrested for his confessed weed smoking (intercepting) and his “blow”.

I complain about organized religion here often. B’Man’s Sabbath Watch is generally my own way of addressing one or more forms of organized religion and its damage to the very ones they should try to help and protect. I’ve witnessed firsthand their power grabs and intentional harm induced onto its followers (including the harm done to me and my family). You see it all the time in news clips and have witnessed its influence and support of immoral wars.
But, every now and again, you find a group of religious leaders who see the light and try to make a difference (and yes, even in spite of my recent evaluation and critique of Judaism, I can find sensible Jewish leaders who also fit the bill).
Watch This:
Religion is one of the main culprits that instigated, supported and help continue that stinking mess we call the “War on Drugs” and religion should be the ones to stop it.

Obviously, news clips like this (just a bit dated) are a primer for coming Big Meds profits. Of course, instead of just allowing their profit motives, they should just legalize it and allow whomever wants to grow their own to do so, so they can treat themselves. It has become apparent to any thinking, sane and caring person that keeping it illegal is an assault against sick people. But who says that our government thinks, is sane or gives a rat’s ass about any of us?

I have referenced this film several times here, but have not offered the entire thing for your viewing pleasure and education. Altho I have not been given permission from Len to add it to my Youtube Channel, he did suggest that I link to a version with Serbian subtitles (just disregard them and watch the movie). I have shared it with several people, including my new friend Eamon, who has recently posted Rick Simpson’s video (Run From The Cure), investigating whether or not Cannabis can cure cancer, at his blog “The Great Purification” (please visit and check him out).
The following is one of the most important films on this subject that you can ever see and share. Len is a warm and caring person who was affected in his personal life by cancer and it set him on a course of discovery that culminated in this work.
This Is A Must Watch!
What if Cannabis Cured Cancer
I follow Len’s work because I trust what he is doing and believe that what he has produced is one of the most important avenues towards educating and curing ourselves of that menacing disease. He can be seen in this following video in a Q&A setting that is informative, as well:
After the screening of his documentary, “What if Cannabis Cured Cancer”, director Len Richmond discusses marijuana and cancer with the audience. Photographed by Steve DeVol.
And its not just from the medical side, altho that is my main purpose. For even that maniac, Pat Robertson has come out to say,
“I just believe that criminalizing marijuana, criminalizing possession of a few ounces of pot, and that kind of thing — it’s costing us a fortune, and it’s ruining young people.”
As Kenny pointed out, there must be some other agenda (or maybe he is finally completely losing his mind and saying what is obviously true). I dunno what his motive is, but I agree that it should be made legal again.
Of course, you could always simply do what many Doctors themselves won’t do, and that is use their own recommended cancer treatments. You see, many are saying that Unnecessary Cancer Treatments Are Accelerating Death (as found at Activist Post).
Many doctors themselves state that they would not receive conventional cancer treatment if they had cancer. Their decision to refuse mainstream cancer treatments likely has to do with cancer drugs being found to have been found to actually make cancer worse and kill patients more quickly. And yet when individuals first hear that they have cancer, they hastily accept the treatment assuming that it is the only hope for survival.
Short of surgery that removes the growth (generally only successful if done very early, as my friend Korn Likker recently went thru, and is now recovering, is finding out first hand), most of those treatments are what actually kill the person, before cancer can get them. And this doesn’t address the concern that the quality of life before it gets them is greatly diminished. Some suggest that 75% of Physicians Refuse Chemotherapy Themselves.
Thanks for all the thoughts, prayers, and well wishes for my buddy Korn Likker. He is in intense pain, but the doctor said the surgery was a total success (he got all of the cancer). If this country (or even starting with this state) had any compassion, they would immediately re-legalize cannabis, or at the very least, allow medical marijuana treatments. But they don’t really care, do they?

I must wonder if the Obama Administration will fight this initiative by threatening to prosecute, even if the state’s rights to create their own legislative process to stop the idiotic War On Marijuana is guaranteed in the US Constitution? Unless you are completely clueless and have been brainwashed to believe that cannabis is harmful thru the onslaught of propaganda media (which bows to the real controllers of this issue… Big Prison, Big Banking, and Big Government… all of which have major money to lose if enacted), you know that the miracle medicine should and MUST be legalized.
“Marijuana prohibition is counterproductive to the health and public safety of our communities. It fuels a massive, increasingly brutal underground economy, wastes billions of dollars in scarce law enforcement resources, and makes criminals out of millions of otherwise law-abiding citizens.”
Who could argue with Rob Kampia from the Marijuana Policy Project (of whom I am a member) when he says:
“Regulating marijuana like alcohol will create jobs, allow police to focus on more serious crimes, provide much-needed tax revenue, and will do a far better job of keeping marijuana away from children than the current system does. A majority of Americans recognize that the government’s war on marijuana is an expensive failure and think that marijuana should be legal for adults. This November, Coloradans will get a chance to lead the nation by becoming the first state to end marijuana prohibition.”
The Rocky Mountain Way is better than the way we had.

“If people let the government decide what foods they eat and what medicines they take, their bodies will soon be in as a sorry state as the souls who live under tyranny.”
― Thomas Jefferson
Hero:
It appears that one redneck Mississippi woman, State Senator Deborah Dawkins, understands what ole Jefferson meant, and wants medical marijuana legalized in Mississippi. She is a hero, since there aren’t many, if any (in Mississippi), ready to address the obvious. Any sane person knows. Any person that has a relative who hurts knows. The only people that don’t know are the ignorant or the ones that profit from its illegality. There are no more in-betweens.
Zero:
Delaware Gov. Jack Markell, on the other hand, doesn’t understand that this is a country that USED to govern by the Constitution, which spells out that State’s rights are predominant. Either by stupidity or downright complicity, the man thwarts the voters’ dictate by allowing the illegal threats of the Federal Government to stop their legal implementation of medical marijuana dispensaries.
Obviously, the miracle plant should be re-legalized, should sanity actually be in charge. But it isn’t and its time that the states take this into their own hands.
By this, I mean, that if the voters make this miracle plant legal again and the federal Government begins to arrest anyone, then the Sheriff departments, the state militias (aka National Guard) and all police departments should arrest any Federal law enforcement agency that tries to stop them. The time is now. There is ample evidence that my claims are true. Spend the time watching the video below and then investigate for yourself how you have been lied to for decades.
I don’t know about you, but it pisses me off when people lie to me. So, get angry and do something (like tell the truth about it). Educate yourself, Mr and Mrs Redneck. It might save your and your family’s life.

The Russell County Sheriff’s Office says it wants to make sure parents have one less thing to worry about when their children go trick or treating next Monday night.
On Halloween, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., the Russell County Sheriff’s Office is partnering with the Alabama Board of Pardons and Paroles to sponsor a meeting of all registered sex offenders in the county.
All sex offenders who are on probation are required to attend. Sex offenders who are not on probation are encouraged to attend. “We’re just kind of improving on what I already thought was a good idea that they tried last year or the year before. and so um, the state probation office, pardons and paroles office actually said yes you can do this, we’ll make them be there if you’re willing to help provide security so we’re doing that,” explained Sheriff Heath Taylor.
The meeting on Monday night for the 150 registered sex offenders is being held at the Russell County Courthouse.
Nothing wrong with this. Protecting children from sexual predators and offenders. Well hold on just a gosh darn minute. They say "All sex offenders".
Why does a person convicted of a sexual assault [on his own wife] and now a registered sex offender have to come to this meeting of ‘sex offenders’ ? He didn’t molest a child. He got into a fight after having sex with his wife and she called the cops. They were both drinking, but only took him to jail and charged him with sexual assault. He is a registered sex offender for life because of this. Sorry Dave !
What else is wrong with this meeting of sex offenders, especially those convicted of pedophilia ? Well slap me silly, but now they know who their friends are in the local area. Y’all have just set up a networking group of sexual deviants to share and exchange ideas. Most of them probably already knew each other, or that the other existed through a search of the public registry, but now they are in contact with each other. Thanks local law enforcement !!
By the way, here I am in my Halloween costume -
Cant wait to try it out on the neighborhood …

Heres a little background on me, I hope I am doing this right. I will then answer some questions that were brought up on Facebook.
I spent 15 years as a Texas Peace Officer. I made it to my Intermediate Peace Officer license, obtained my instructors license and was about to receive my advanced peace officer license when I was injured in 2007 while pursuing a domestic disturbance suspect on foot, my knee blew out. After 2 years of surgeries and physical therapy, they had removed 70% of my right knee. I was listed at a 37% disability rating and could not pass the physical to go back to work on the streets. Because of this injury I can no longer climb, run or jump, or lift heavy objects while standing. I had done a lot in my 15 year career. I had worked patrol, I was a Field Training Officer, I had been a Corporal, a Sergeant. I worked undercover narcotics, SWAT and was a Police Chief twice, and received a few awards. I had received an Officer of the year recognition by Gov. Rick Perry. I had a day named after me in the City of Bedford for chasing down 3 armed robbery suspects when I was off duty. I had several other awards. I was a member of the invitation only fraternity The International Association of Chiefs of Police, and The Texas Police Chiefs association the international narcotics investigators association and National Narcotics Detector Dog Association. It seems my whole career was about getting screwed over by cops though they are not as loyal as they make out to be, the only thing I got out of law enforcement was a lot of reoccurring nightmares, broken bones, a body eat up by arthritis, 3 divorces and 2 bad knees.
After 15 years I was out, I cant really say I miss it. In 15 years I have seen a lot of corruption, abuse of power and official oppression.
In 15 years of law enforcement I had seen a lot. But one thing that stands out is, in 15 years I probably made well over 400 DWI arrests. Been in no telling how many fights. Been on probably 2000 domestic disturbance calls. And worked maybe 200 fatality accidents. Now how many of these involved someone high on marijuana?
NONE, ZERO!!
Alcohol?
Probably 90%!!
That’s the truth! And im not the only former cop or active cop that knows these statistics first hand, that’s why you have an organization out there call LEAP. Law enforcement Against Prohibition. An organization made up of current and former veteran police officers and high ranking Police Administrators and Police Chiefs that believe Marijuana should be legalized in fact all narcotics should be, because we know for fact, seen it with our own eyes, that the Drug War in America is a farce and a war that will never be won. All it will do is make the politicians richer and keep big pharmaceutical cornering the market on expensive medicine that causes more death every year than Marijuana. And it will get more votes by those who are still blinded by the lies previous law makers.
During my tenure like I said I observed a lot of shady things, corruption, lies, politics, favoritism, infidelity etc. Most of my career like I said before was spent getting stabbed in the back and black balled by other cops, because I “was not cool”. I refused to play politics, be corrupt, kiss anyones ass or hurt anyone unjustly. The reason I lost my Chiefs job, because I wouldnt do the illegal things my city council was trying to make me do by threatening me with my job. I went to the media and played them the recorded conversations between myself and council members and the Mayor, it spread like wild fire through the media and in 5 months I was fired for LAck of confidence, and Texas Government code law that allows cities to fire Police Chiefs and fire chiefs without any other reason but politics.
Its as sad fact that 90% of police officers out there are pieces of shit doing the job for all of the wrong reasons, 10% are good men and women that want to help people.. sadly those 10% most likely will not make it to their 20 year retirement because they will be harassed and pushed out by the pieces of shit.
So there you have it. I wasnt corrupt and thats why I was run out of every department until I was injured in the line of duty in 2007. Even then my so called brothers in blue didnt offer any assistance to me and my family, I am a single father raising 2 kids, but they didnt care. The State of Texas did nothing for me after 15 years of service, no benefits no nothing.
Then last year in an unnamed city within the metroplex, I was involved in an incident with that cities police department, I did nothing wrong and it was found that it was a big misunderstanding, but not until their SWAT team broke my wrist, my elbow and tore my rotator cuff. So yeah I have a GREAT distaste for law enforcement and enjoy any opportunity to clown the pricks publicly whether it be on the web or through the local media, when they screw up or violate someones rights. I also have a multi-million dollar federal lawsuit pending on the agency.
Former 15 year veteran police officer, police chief, police instructor, SWAT officer, k9 officer and undercover narcotics officer. Now Civil Rights activists and Activist for the reform of Marijuana laws.

July 27th, 2011 By: Paul Armentano, NORML Deputy Director
…”Therefore, the adverse impacts of cannabis use on cognitive functions either appear to be related to pre-existing factors or are reversible in this community cohort even after potentially extended periods of use.”
I spent a good part of my life using cannabis for a variety of reasons, mainly as a calming sedative, but also as a pain reliever and migraine headache killer. I also found out early on that it helped me concentrate and I actually did extremely well in college (having been on the President’s List every semester but one and then was on the Dean’s List). This means I held a 4.0 average virtually the entire time I was in college and I used every day, several times a day.
As with anything deemed healthy and could be used as a healing agent for a mass of humanity, the government knows this and will protect its Corporate Controllers (in this case, Big Meds
and Big Prison) by continuing the lies and assault against this miracle drug and its obviously more intelligent users. This is evident by the fact that our government has taken the steps to patent some of the constituents found within. Why would they do this if they didn’t see the benefits? But keep researching. Keep believing your own experiences and for the life of me, don’t accept advice from people who have never even tried the stuff, yet will tell you how bad it is for you.
But even more importantly, be able to discern those that are paid to shill for these maniacs that profit from keeping us sick and dying. If someone tells you they have used and experienced all sorts of adverse reactions, etc, consider the source and determine if they are real. Sure, I have known people who didn’t “like” the feeling they got from the stuff. Yes, I have known people who actually had a bad experience with it and were scared (perhaps by using too much of quality grade). None of this can take away from the fact that this is a medicine. Perhaps the world’s greatest medicine. As with many medicines, it is not always the best thing for every person. And many manufactured medicines, btw, have adverse affects, including death, which CAN NOT be attributed to cannabis.
However, when I compare those people that I know used/still use to those who claim they had some sort of problem or adverse situation, the numbers are really incomparable. The vast majority of folks I ever knew, enjoyed it and used it for its intended purpose with no issues whatsoever.
The point of this post is to say that we, AGAIN, have found that they have been lying to us our entire lives about this stuff. Its time we change this one aspect of our tainted existence as a nation and get rid of this bogus War on Drugs.

As I have pointed out here many times over, our status as “Number 1 Country In The World ” ™ is losing touch with the reality on the ground. Apparently, AGAIN, we have fallen from the Number 1 position and guess who has taken over?
Now, Mr America, please explain this travesty to me. How can we allow those Persian, Towel-Headed, Israel-Annihilating, Holocaust Deniers to over take us in our strongest area?
Shit. Next thing you know is that the Mullahs will start a new Baseball league and finally take us down from our last remaining object of false bravado and world leadership.
Now, don’t be pissed, Mr America. There are more areas where we flourish as Number 1:

The proliferation of SWAT teams, police militarization, and the Drug War have given rise to a dramatic increase in the number of “no-knock” or “quick-knock” raids on suspected drug offenders. Because these raids are often conducted based on tips from notoriously unreliable confidential informants, police sometimes conduct SWAT-style raids on the wrong home, or on the homes of nonviolent, misdemeanor drug users. Such highly-volatile, overly confrontational tactics are bad enough when no one is hurt — it’s difficult to imagine the terror an innocent suspect or family faces when a SWAT team mistakenly breaks down their door in the middle of the night.
But even more disturbing are the number of times such “wrong door” raids unnecessarily lead to the injury or death of suspects, bystanders, and police officers. Defenders of SWAT teams and paramilitary tactics say such incidents are isolated and rare. The map below aims to refute that notion.
Click on each marker on the map for a description of the incident and sources. Markers are precise in cases where the address of an incident was reported. Where media reports indicate only a town or neighborhood, markers are located at the closest post office, city hall, or landmark. Incident descriptions and outcomes are kept as current as possible.
Other map features:
–Using the “plus” and “minus” buttons in the map’s upper left-hand corner, users can zoom in on the map to street-level, as well as switch between street map and satellite views. In some large metropolitan areas, there are so many incidents in such close proximity that they tend to overlap unless viewed on a small scale (try zooming in on New York City, for example).
–Users may isolate the incidents by type by clicking on the colored markers in the key (see only “death of an innocent” markers, for example).
–The search function just below the map produces printable descriptions of the raids plotted on the map, and is sortable by state, year, and type of incident.

Year after year, day by day, little by little, the Police State continues to strip law abiding citizens of what few rights they have left. Soon enough the storm troopers will have no resistance to their controlling ways. Brainwashing and manipulating the younger generations into believing what they know is how it’s always been done. Making history, rewriting history to control future generations. You will be assimilated !
Court: No right to resist illegal cop entry into home
INDIANAPOLIS | Overturning a common law dating back to the English Magna Carta of 1215, the Indiana Supreme Court ruled Thursday that Hoosiers have no right to resist unlawful police entry into their homes.
In a 3-2 decision, Justice Steven David writing for the court said if a police officer wants to enter a home for any reason or no reason at all, a homeowner cannot do anything to block the officer’s entry.
“We believe … a right to resist an unlawful police entry into a home is against public policy and is incompatible with modern Fourth Amendment jurisprudence,” David said. “We also find that allowing resistance unnecessarily escalates the level of violence and therefore the risk of injuries to all parties involved without preventing the arrest.”

It is high time to end the insanity. It’s all about greed, power and control… The government and law enforcement lose more credibility every day that they maintain their irrational, greedy, narrow-minded stance against legalization.
We The People need to stand up and speak out for full legalization of marijuana and industrial hemp… Marijuana should be legalized for several different, good reasons. We need cannabis hemp for food, fuel and fiber. Marijuana really is good medicine for many different ailments and lately has been shown effective against cancer.
We should stand up for our rights. We should be allowed to light up a joint for relaxation and recreation. What we do in privacy is our own business, not Big Brother’s… No one has ever died from a marijuana overdose; it is not toxic to the human body. Alcohol and tobacco ARE bad for you, and addictive too… but still they are legal. Think of how many people die each year due to alcohol and tobacco use. Cannabis is no more addictive than coffee! Ever wonder why marijuana is illegal?
Greed, yellow journalism, racism, outright lies and vicious, misleading propaganda were used by W.R. Hearst, the DuPonts, the Rockefellers and our government to get hemp banned in the first place. They were afraid of the competition! The Drug Czar at the time The Marihuana Tax Act was passed, Harry Anslinger, used outright lies, racism and underhanded politics to further the agenda of the Rich and Powerful. Every Drug Czar since then has followed in Anslinger’s footsteps.
Nowadays, 18 billion dollars is wasted each year on the American Drug War. Our government forces marijuana prohibition on other nations, causing hardship and increased crime. Want to talk about addiction? Our government is addicted to the profits from the Drug War. It is a sad fact that our own government no longer has the best interests of the American People at heart. The federal government’s insistence that we must not grow hemp because there is no way to discern industrial hemp from marijuana is absurd; they have different growth habits and appearance. Inspectors in other nations which do grow industrial hemp have no problem figuring out the difference. The federal government is admitting to ignorance if they pretend otherwise. Stand up for your rights.
The Powers That Be who are pulling the strings that control our federal government are doing everything they can to keep knowledge about the benefits of marijuana and industrial hemp from you because Big Oil, Big Pharma, Big Lumber, Big Law Enforcement, Big Tobacco and Big Alcohol realize their cash cow (the lost Drug War) is at stake. Big Pharma knows marijuana is good medicine but they don”t want you to have it unless they can control it; they’re after the MONEY. But they can’t patent a natural plant. Many medical organizations agree that marijuana is good medicine for a wide variety of ailments.
Big Brother knows that legalization would put the power and the money back in the hands of the people and they hate the very thought of that happening. They are quite willing to be heavy-handed, to use blackmail and to lie to the American public in order to keep marijuana from being legalized. All those hundreds of thousands of men and women (many of them very young) who have been incarcerated for cannabis should be released so that they can resume their productive lives.
Within three or four years, we can be making enough alcohol from hemp to allow us to almost completely quit using gasoline. Fuel prices will go way down. Hemp oil is an excellent lubricant. Big Oil fears cannabis hemp mightily. It will cause them to lose their stranglehold on us and nations of the world. Hemp will grow anywhere, from deserts to mountains to rain forests… It is much better for our environment than other crops, such as cotton and makes much better products. Small farmers will have a way to make a better living. We can stop cutting down our old growth forests.
The huge amount of money being made by organized criminals will suddenly be cut off, crime will decrease, Mexico can finally be allowed to legalize. The drug cartels in Mexico will lose 80% of their business overnight. Crime down there will decrease dramatically. Mexico DID LEGALIZE IT a few years back but backed off quickly from that after much pressure was applied by the U.S. government… I could go on and on.
If you still are not sure whether cannabis should be legalized, do the right thing, inform yourself; study everything you can find out about it, then you will be convinced that legalization is The Right Thing To Do… God put this herb on the earth for us to use. Let’s use it wisely. Legalize it, regulate it, tax it at a reasonable rate. Keep it illegal for minors, just like alcohol. This new income would provide a much-needed boost to our economy. Be wise. Pray about this. Listen to your heart. Then support legalization. Your country needs this. The world needs this. Our damaged environment needs this desperately. Support NORML, The Marijuana Policy Project and other organizations working for legalization.
Contact your representatives in the legislature (state and federal) and let them know how you feel. The time to stand up is now. It is no longer a question of IF cannabis will be legalized but when…Big Brother is scared and getting desperate!
Thank you for listening.
