Arizona legislature has concocted a new law waiting to be signed by the governor of that state. Jonathon Turley writes about it here.
In one of the most sweeping attacks on free speech in America, the Arizona legislature has passed a draconian bill that would criminalize speech on the Internet (“any electronic or digital device”) that prosecutors consider “obscene, lewd or profane language or . . . suggest[ing] a lewd or lascivious act if done with intent to ‘annoy,’ ‘offend,’ ‘harass’ or ‘terrify.’” The law is largely undefined and is in my view facially unconstitutional. The law would drive a stake in the heart of free speech. Yet, people like Bill Clinton have been calling for such a crackdown on Internet speech for years.
Of course, on its face anyone knows that such a law is unconstitutional and ready for abuse. But I am not surprised that it begins in Arizona nor will it surprise me that it will spread like wildfire across the USA. The MSM is losing its readership/viewers to the internet and they won’t die willingly or without a fight. Nor will the politicians that take advantage of the presstitute media be willing to fight against such a stupid, unconstitutional law. Nor will the country’s savior law expert POTUS, especially when he says stupid crap like this:
The question I ask myself is, “Is that what I do here“? Is that last paragraph an example of what could be deemed offensive or annoying?
I am sure some people get offended and annoyed by my rants, just like someone asleep might be initially annoyed or offended that I wake them up from their slumber to tell them their house is on fire and they will die if they don’t wake up. Sometimes, it seems evident, that one MUST annoy and offend to get someone’s attention. If you haven’t figured it out yet, that is precisely what the BuelahMan persona is all about. People that know me (like Dr Doug and a few others) know that in my real life, I seldom resemble BuelahMan or interact the way he does. BuelahMan is me on steroids, so to speak.
If warning people I care about, or even my fellow Americans whom I do not know personally, about the pending doom we are facing (many of us are already right smack-dab in the middle of it as I write this) is terrifying, that is not my intent. Is it harassment to continually point out the thievery, lies and shenanigans that out government conducts? Is it a bad thing that I prod people in a horrible financial situation (like what my family and I are currently experiencing) to grow their own food? Speaking of which, I am right in the middle of preparing my second garden spot for okra, tomatoes, squash. Also note the two old swing sets that I will have hanging plants on. A third spot is an old flower garden I am tearing down/cleaning up to plant miscellaneous (onions, etc).
I basically practice what I preach.
I am also scouting for deer and turkey to be prepared for next season’s hunting (I plan on building a couple of tree stands/hunting boxes at the prime locations), so I can put meat in the freezer. I am also preparing my fishing tackle for catching food, as well, and will be fishing very soon (hopefully this weekend).
The only people that I ‘annoy’, ‘offend’, ‘harass’ or ‘terrify’ are the ones who are ripping me and my fellow countrymen off. The ones who are intent on destroying the Constitution I swore to uphold (apparently I meant it and they did not). Its the same with every blogger, video producer, or ranter (like me) that holds these criminals to account. We scare the hell out of them and they must pull a stunt like this to stop the truth from being told. Expect it. Its their last recourse.
Now, as you can see in my new garden spot, I have raking to do to get the rest of the sod out, pots to hang up on swing sets and a small garden to finish so I can plant onions, carrots, etc. What I haven’t done yet is hang my gutters along the fence top posts for my herb gardens (I’ll put up around 50 – 75 feet of gutter for this purpose).
If you have the wherewithal, the strength and place, you should do so, as well. You will need it this year more than any other. And don’t be fooled by that article, its not just the Middle Eastern problems or fuel prices. Inflation is hitting us squarely due to the unimaginable amount of bailouts, money printing and thievery going on right in front of us. Things will only get worse.

I complain about organized religion here often. B’Man’s Sabbath Watch is generally my own way of addressing one or more forms of organized religion and its damage to the very ones they should try to help and protect. I’ve witnessed firsthand their power grabs and intentional harm induced onto its followers (including the harm done to me and my family). You see it all the time in news clips and have witnessed its influence and support of immoral wars.
But, every now and again, you find a group of religious leaders who see the light and try to make a difference (and yes, even in spite of my recent evaluation and critique of Judaism, I can find sensible Jewish leaders who also fit the bill).

If you still don’t know, you cannot trust a damn thing that your government says or does. Even if they are seeming to do something beneficial, it is generally something they use to their advantage and certainly ends up as no good for us… the ones that pay them. You see, they write stuff that seems to be one thing, but use it in radically different ways. They also use their Ministry of Propaganda to make you believe that they love and care for you, all the while, are watching your every keystroke and are determined to undermine any dissent by insisting they are protecting you from Terrorists (that they arm and make into patsies, since they can’t find any real ones).
This Day – One Day shared another Young Turks video that also coincides with a new End The Lie post where Senators Ron Wyden and Mark Udall are coming out publicly to address the Patriot Act directly to Attorney General Eric Holder.
“Plain Reading Of The Text”
In the letter that they wrote to Holder and was contributed to the public by Charles Savage of the New York Times, they make it plain that there are secret interpretations of laws made that the general public (and even their colleagues) have no idea what is really meant. To a point that they wrote,
“there is now a significant gap between what most Americans think the law allows and what the government secretly claims the law allows.”
The argument is that we can’t let the terrorists know what we do, but after the past decade and continuous lies and purposeful thwarting of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, any sane person would have to question their motives. But why is this a problem, the patriotic redneck might ask:
“This is a problem, because it is impossible to have an informed public debate about what the law should say when they public doesn’t know what its government thinks the law says.”
One thing that needs to be understood is that this does not appear to be political R vs D posturing or fighting to sway the public, for both Senators are Democrats addressing and Democratically appointed AG (Holder is Obama’s man). Why would I think that? Because they wrote:
“We would also note that in recent months we have grown increasingly skeptical about the actual value of the ‘intelligence collection operation discussed in the Justice Department’s recent court filing regarding the pending lawsuits. This has come as a surprise to us, as we were initially inclined to take the executive branch’s assertions about the importance of this ‘operation’ at face value.”
Now, I must say that Cenk tells us that the motive is because Obama does things for political motivations. In my estimation, that is partially the reason. I don’t know why Cenk doesn’t go all the way and say the obvious. To me, Obama (or whomever is POTUS at this time of our nation’s history) are intentionally bringing this country downand will implement some sort of global hierarchy in which the Constitution and Bill of Rights are rendered null and void. Hell, this isn’t a stretch to think this, either, if you simply pay attention to the actions that have been taken. As a matter of fact, to simply think this is political posturing or whatever seems the height of ignorance at this point.
I also must say that I do not trust Sen Wyden implicitly, for he has co-sponsored the ‘Sense of the Senate‘ resolution with that Lubavitch Zionist Jew & Israeli dual citizen scumbag war mongering liar, LIEberman, which seems to be calling for all out war against Iran for defying, “its international obligations and engaged in a well-documented pattern of illicit and deceptive activities surrounding its nuclear program“. If Wyden knows something we don’t know about Iran’s nuclear “weapons” then let’s see a letter about that. And speaking of hypocrisy’s finest: let him sponsor (and get his fellow Jew, LIEberman to co-sign) the same type of resolution against Israel, which not only has openly thwarted their, “deceptive activities surrounding its nuclear program“, but also threaten to use them at any and every opportunity they get (while the crickets in the Senate chirp LOUDLY).

Obviously, news clips like this (just a bit dated) are a primer for coming Big Meds profits. Of course, instead of just allowing their profit motives, they should just legalize it and allow whomever wants to grow their own to do so, so they can treat themselves. I have referenced this film several times here, but have not offered the entire thing for your viewing pleasure and education. I follow Len’s work because I trust what he is doing and believe that what he has produced is one of the most important avenues towards educating and curing ourselves of that menacing disease. He can be seen in this following video in a Q&A setting that is informative, as well:

And its not just from the medical side, altho that is my main purpose. For even that maniac, Pat Robertson has come out to say,
“I just believe that criminalizing marijuana, criminalizing possession of a few ounces of pot, and that kind of thing — it’s costing us a fortune, and it’s ruining young people.”
As Kenny pointed out, there must be some other agenda (or maybe he is finally completely losing his mind and saying what is obviously true). I dunno what his motive is, but I agree that it should be made legal again.
Of course, you could always simply do what many Doctors themselves won’t do, and that is use their own recommended cancer treatments. You see, many are saying that Unnecessary Cancer Treatments Are Accelerating Death (as found at Activist Post).
Many doctors themselves state that they would not receive conventional cancer treatment if they had cancer. Their decision to refuse mainstream cancer treatments likely has to do with cancer drugs being found to have been found to actually make cancer worse and kill patients more quickly. And yet when individuals first hear that they have cancer, they hastily accept the treatment assuming that it is the only hope for survival.
Short of surgery that removes the growth (generally only successful if done very early, as my friend Korn Likker recently went thru, and is now recovering, is finding out first hand), most of those treatments are what actually kill the person, before cancer can get them. And this doesn’t address the concern that the quality of life before it gets them is greatly diminished.Some suggest that 75% of Physicians Refuse Chemotherapy Themselves.
Thanks for all the thoughts, prayers, and well wishes for my buddy Korn Likker. He is in intense pain, but the doctor said the surgery was a total success (he got all of the cancer). If this country (or even starting with this state) had any compassion, they would immediately re-legalize cannabis, or at the very least, allow medical marijuana treatments. But they don’t really care, do they?

I must wonder if the Obama Administration will fight this initiative by threatening to prosecute, even if the state’s rights to create their own legislative process to stop the idiotic War On Marijuana is guaranteed in the US Constitution? Unless you are completely clueless and have been brainwashed to believe that cannabis is harmful thru the onslaught of propaganda media (which bows to the real controllers of this issue… Big Prison, Big Banking, and Big Government… all of which have major money to lose if enacted), you know that the miracle medicine should and MUST be legalized.

A majority of Americans recognize that the government’s war on marijuana is an expensive failure and think that marijuana should be legal for adults. This November, Coloradans will get a chance to lead the nation by becoming the first state to end marijuana prohibition.”

There is absolutely no doubt that you are breaking the law every day… multiple times per day… and you have no idea.
I found this at CopBlock. I have to be honest, I don’t trust John Stossel, because he works for who he works for. I wonder if the purpose of the segment is to scare the hell out of Americans, not to instill outrage or even educate. He has been known to mislead his audience in various ways and by dubious means.
But, its important enough and representative of what IS going on in America, so I felt it worthy of illumination here.

* Colombia, Peru, Mexico or Afghanistan with their coca leaves, marijuana buds or poppy sap are not igniting temptation in the minds of our weak, innocent citizens. These countries are duly responding to the enormous demand that comes from within our own borders. Invading or destroying these countries, thus creating more hate, violence, instability, injustice and corruption, will not fix our problem.
* A rather large majority of people will always feel the need to use drugs such as heroin, opium, nicotine, amphetamines, alcohol, sugar, or caffeine.
* The massive majority of adults who use drugs do so recreationally – getting high at the weekend then up for work on a Monday morning.
* Apart from the huge percentage of people addicted to both sugar and caffeine, a small minority of adults (nearly 5%) will always experience the use of drugs as problematic. – approx. 3% are dependent on alcohol and approx. 1.5% are dependent on other drugs such as methamphetamine, cocaine, heroine etc.
* Just as it was impossible to prevent alcohol from being produced and used in the U.S. in the 1920s, so too, it is equally impossible to prevent any of the aforementioned drugs from being produced, distributed and widely used by those who desire to do so.
* Prohibition kills more people and ruins more lives than the drugs it prohibits.
* Prescription drugs kill over 200,000 Americans every year– even when taken as directed and not abused.

* Prohibition is the “Goose that laid the golden egg” and the lifeblood of terrorists as well as drug cartels. Both the Taliban and the terrorists of al Qaeda derive their main income from the prohibition-inflated value of the opium poppy. An estimated 44 % of the heroin produced in Afghanistan, with an estimated annual destination value of US $ 27 Billion, transits through Pakistan. Exactly. Essentially, drugs are as if they were legal in the entertainment industry and the music business. If you want to see what would happen to the general population under drug legalization, just look at those two industries.

You Prohibitionists dance hand in hand with every possible type of criminal one can imagine.
An unholy alliance of ignorance, greed and hate which works to destroy all our hard fought freedoms, wealth and security.
We will always have adults who are too immature to responsibly deal with tobacco alcohol, heroin amphetamines, cocaine, various prescription drugs and even food. Our answer to them should always be: “Get a Nanny, and stop turning the government into one for the rest of us!”
Nobody wants to see an end to prohibition because they want to use drugs. They wish to see proper legalized regulation because they are witnessing, on a daily basis, the dangers and futility of prohibition. ‘Legalized Regulation’ won’t be the complete answer to all our drug problems, but it’ll greatly ameliorate the crime and violence on our streets, and only then can we provide effective education and treatment.
The whole nonsense of ‘a disaster will happen if we end prohibition’ sentiment sums up the delusional ‘chicken little’ stance of those who foolishly insist on continuing down this blind alley. As if a disaster isn’t already happening. As if prohibition has ever worked.
To support prohibition is such a strange mind-set. In fact, It’s outrageous insanity! –Literally not one prohibitionist argument survives scrutiny. Not one!
The only people that believe prohibition is working are the ones making a living by enforcing laws in it’s name, and those amassing huge fortunes on the black market profits. This situation is wholly unsustainable, and as history has shown us, conditions will continue to deteriorate until we finally, just like our forefathers, see sense and revert back to tried and tested methods of regulation. None of these substances, legal or illegal, are ever going to go away, but we CAN decide to implement policies that do far more good than harm.
During alcohol prohibition in the 1920s, all profits went to enrich thugs and criminals. Young men died every day on inner-city streets while battling over turf. A fortune was wasted on enforcement that could have gone on treatment. On top of the budget-busting prosecution and incarceration costs, billions in taxes were lost. Finally the economy collapsed. Sound familiar?
So should the safety and freedom of the rest of us be compromised because of the few who cannot control themselves?
If a vast majority of the public were aware of these facts, the drug war( and much more) would be over in a hurry. Thats the reason it’s not. TPTB depend on ignorance and poor information to continue their little Empire games.
Time to put an end to it all. Get the information out there, inform your self, inform those around you.

I was listening to a radio show out of Indianapolis this morning. They were having a short discussion about Medical Cannabis.
The conversation was centered around how this industry is still for the most part a black-market deal. Those running dispensaries run on a cash only basis because banks won’t touch that money. That is because even though med pot may be legal by state laws, it is STILL illegal by federal law, Therefore these banks could end up with a lot of problems on the federal level.
Well aint that a load of crap!
If the little guy tries making a go of it where pot money is concerned…it means jail time. If a the big guys do this…its over looked by the feds.
This is but ONE story that we know about. What else goes on that the public is unaware of? And no one went to jail. If you or I tried this..we would be rotting in prison til we DIE!…..
The thing is, the drug cartels DO NOT want prohibition to end! It would mean the end of most of the money and power it gives them.
What a load of crap this drug war is !
The walls will come tumbling down.When they do, I hope it buries everyone supporting the drug war.

It appears that one redneck Mississippi woman, State Senator Deborah Dawkins, understands what ole Jefferson meant, and wants medical marijuana legalized in Mississippi. She is a hero, since there aren’t many, if any (in Mississippi), ready to address the obvious. Any sane person knows. Any person that has a relative who hurts knows. The only people that don’t know are the ignorant or the ones that profit from its illegality. There are no more in-betweens.

Delaware Gov. Jack Markell, on the other hand, doesn’t understand that this is a country that USED to govern by the Constitution, which spells out that State’s rights are predominant. Either by stupidity or downright complicity, the man thwarts the voters’ dictate by allowing the illegal threats of the Federal Government to stop their legal implementation of medical marijuana dispensaries.
Obviously, the miracle plant should be re-legalized, should sanity actually be in charge. But it isn’t and its time that the states take this into their own hands.
By this, I mean, that if the voters make this miracle plant legal again and the federal Government begins to arrest anyone, then the Sheriff departments, the state militias (aka National Guard) and all police departments should arrest any Federal law enforcement agency that tries to stop them. The time is now. There is ample evidence that my claims are true. Spend the time watching the video below and then investigate for yourself how you have been lied to for decades.
I don’t know about you, but it pisses me off when people lie to me. So, get angry and do something (like tell the truth about it). Educate yourself, Mr and Mrs Redneck. It might save your and your family’s life.

It should be Mississippi and then we could have the Amsterdam of the US in my home state, which would make it the Number 1 Vacation Spot in the USA. However, I admit that Oregon is one of my favorite places in the US to visit. So, let’s see which state implements this first and then I’ll decide. I doubt it will be Michigan…

Been doing a lot of poking around the drug war blogs. What I’m seeing isn’t good. Its happening just as I told folks it would back when the med pot question ramped up.I kept tell folks.”Ya, start you dispensaries. Put your names on lists as med patients. Down the road when things are ripe, the Feds WILL come down on everyone getting involved. They will have your names and numbers.” well…here we are….they are cracking down. But they don’t care about people like Korn Likker or my family members and friends. The facts are out there that show our government has lied and continues to lie about cannabis. It doesn’t matter. McCarthyism and Jim Crow are standing tall these days.
