I found this at CopBlock. I have to be honest, I don’t trust John Stossel, because he works for who he works for. I wonder if the purpose of the segment is to scare the hell out of Americans, not to instill outrage or even educate. He has been known to mislead his audience in various ways and by dubious means.
But, its important enough and representative of what IS going on in America, so I felt it worthy of illumination here.
Speaking of Stossel, here is my absolute favorite video segment of him:
Those open handed slaps cost the WWE $450K (probably the best advertising they ever got). I would have loved to have seen that happen to O’Liely, tho.

Been doing some reading. Visited Petes blog at Drug WarRant. A guy that goes by malcolmkyle left a comment about stirring the hornet’s nest. It’s over at NewsBusters about Arianna Huffington: Drug War a ‘War on Our Own People’

* Colombia, Peru, Mexico or Afghanistan with their coca leaves, marijuana buds or poppy sap are not igniting temptation in the minds of our weak, innocent citizens. These countries are duly responding to the enormous demand that comes from within our own borders. Invading or destroying these countries, thus creating more hate, violence, instability, injustice and corruption, will not fix our problem.
* A rather large majority of people will always feel the need to use drugs such as heroin, opium, nicotine, amphetamines, alcohol, sugar, or caffeine.
* The massive majority of adults who use drugs do so recreationally – getting high at the weekend then up for work on a Monday morning.
* Apart from the huge percentage of people addicted to both sugar and caffeine, a small minority of adults (nearly 5%) will always experience the use of drugs as problematic. – approx. 3% are dependent on alcohol and approx. 1.5% are dependent on other drugs such as methamphetamine, cocaine, heroine etc.
* Just as it was impossible to prevent alcohol from being produced and used in the U.S. in the 1920s, so too, it is equally impossible to prevent any of the aforementioned drugs from being produced, distributed and widely used by those who desire to do so.
* Prohibition kills more people and ruins more lives than the drugs it prohibits.
* Prescription drugs kill over 200,000 Americans every year– even when taken as directed and not abused.
* Due to Prohibition (historically proven to be an utter failure at every level), the availability of most of these mood-altering drugs has become so universal and unfettered that in any city of the civilized world, any one of us would be able to procure practically any drug we wish within an hour.
* Throughout history, the prohibition of any mind-altering substance has always exploded usage rates, overcrowded jails, fueled organized crime, created rampant corruption of law-enforcement – even whole governments, while inducing an incalculable amount of suffering and death.
* Apart from the fact that the DEA is the de facto enforcement wing of the pharmaceutical industry, the involvement of the CIA in running Heroin from Vietnam, Southeast Asia and Afghanistan and Cocaine from Central America has been well documented by the 1989 Kerry Committee report, academic researchers Alfred McCoy and Peter Dale Scott, and the late journalist Gary Webb.
* It’s not even possible to keep drugs out of prisons, but prohibitionists wish to waste trillions of dollars in an utterly futile attempt to keep them off our streets.
* The United States jails a larger percentage of its own citizens than any other country in the world, including those run by the worst totalitarian regimes, yet it has far higher use/addiction rates than most other countries.
* Prohibition is the “Goose that laid the golden egg” and the lifeblood of terrorists as well as drug cartels. Both the Taliban and the terrorists of al Qaeda derive their main income from the prohibition-inflated value of the opium poppy. An estimated 44 % of the heroin produced in Afghanistan, with an estimated annual destination value of US $ 27 Billion, transits through Pakistan. Prohibition has essentially destroyed Pakistan’s legal economy and social fabric. – We may be about to witness the planet’s first civil war in a nation with nuclear capabilities. – Kindly Google: ‘A GLOBAL OVERVIEW OF NARCOTICS-FUNDED TERRORIST GROUPS’ Only those opposed, or willing to ignore these facts, want things the way they are.
* The future depends on whether or not enough of us are willing to take a long look at the tragic results of prohibition. If we continue to skirt the primary issue while refusing to address the root problem then we can expect no other result than a worsening of the current dire situation. – Good intentions, wishful thinking and pseudoscience are no match for the immutable realities of human nature.
Never have so many been endangered and impoverished by so few so quickly!
* The urge to save humanity is almost always a false-face for the urge to rule it. – H. L. Mencken (1880-1956) American editor, essayist and philologist.

Exactly. Essentially, drugs are as if they were legal in the entertainment industry and the music business. If you want to see what would happen to the general population under drug legalization, just look at those two industries.

You Prohibitionists dance hand in hand with every possible type of criminal one can imagine.
An unholy alliance of ignorance, greed and hate which works to destroy all our hard fought freedoms, wealth and security.
We will always have adults who are too immature to responsibly deal with tobacco alcohol, heroin amphetamines, cocaine, various prescription drugs and even food. Our answer to them should always be: “Get a Nanny, and stop turning the government into one for the rest of us!”
Nobody wants to see an end to prohibition because they want to use drugs. They wish to see proper legalized regulation because they are witnessing, on a daily basis, the dangers and futility of prohibition. ‘Legalized Regulation’ won’t be the complete answer to all our drug problems, but it’ll greatly ameliorate the crime and violence on our streets, and only then can we provide effective education and treatment.
The whole nonsense of ‘a disaster will happen if we end prohibition’ sentiment sums up the delusional ‘chicken little’ stance of those who foolishly insist on continuing down this blind alley. As if a disaster isn’t already happening. As if prohibition has ever worked.
To support prohibition is such a strange mind-set. In fact, It’s outrageous insanity! –Literally not one prohibitionist argument survives scrutiny. Not one!
The only people that believe prohibition is working are the ones making a living by enforcing laws in it’s name, and those amassing huge fortunes on the black market profits. This situation is wholly unsustainable, and as history has shown us, conditions will continue to deteriorate until we finally, just like our forefathers, see sense and revert back to tried and tested methods of regulation. None of these substances, legal or illegal, are ever going to go away, but we CAN decide to implement policies that do far more good than harm.
During alcohol prohibition in the 1920s, all profits went to enrich thugs and criminals. Young men died every day on inner-city streets while battling over turf. A fortune was wasted on enforcement that could have gone on treatment. On top of the budget-busting prosecution and incarceration costs, billions in taxes were lost. Finally the economy collapsed. Sound familiar?
So should the safety and freedom of the rest of us be compromised because of the few who cannot control themselves?
If a vast majority of the public were aware of these facts, the drug war( and much more) would be over in a hurry. Thats the reason it’s not. TPTB depend on ignorance and poor information to continue their little Empire games.
Time to put an end to it all. Get the information out there, inform your self, inform those around you.

I was listening to a radio show out of Indianapolis this morning. They were having a short discussion about Medical Cannabis.
The conversation was centered around how this industry is still for the most part a black-market deal. Those running dispensaries run on a cash only basis because banks won’t touch that money. That is because even though med pot may be legal by state laws, it is STILL illegal by federal law, Therefore these banks could end up with a lot of problems on the federal level.
Well aint that a load of crap!
If the little guy tries making a go of it where pot money is concerned…it means jail time. If a the big guys do this…its over looked by the feds.
This is but ONE story that we know about. What else goes on that the public is unaware of? And no one went to jail. If you or I tried this..we would be rotting in prison til we DIE!…..
The thing is, the drug cartels DO NOT want prohibition to end! It would mean the end of most of the money and power it gives them.
What a load of crap this drug war is !
The walls will come tumbling down. When they do, I hope it buries everyone supporting the drug war.
WAKE UP AMERICA !! OUR GOVERNMENT IS SCREWED UP !
Have any of you been following what is happening with the “fast and furious” gun running deal? Have you read about all of the other things OUR government has been into…such as the contra afair…on and on it goes folks! They are criminals!
If we don’t take control, these bastards we call leaders are going to RUIN all of our lives ! Not to mention our country.
WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP !!

After watching it, I wanted to stand on my street and scream ” WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ALL OF YOU !? NO MORE FUCKING GUNS TO MY HEAD! NO MORE FUCKING CAGES ! NO MORE FUCKING FORCE !”
Of course I didn’t or I would be in a cage right now.
I’m sick of being FORCED to pay for things I DO NOT agree with because people think government is good, government is right , government is NESSESARY!
I want to STOP being punished for wanting to do what is RIGHT ! For acting in defiance and following my CONCEINCE !
So lets learn to tell people what is wrong with this world. Lets teach people how to fight these Statist!

“Where is a terrorist more apt to be found? Not these days on an airplane more likely on the interstate,” said Tennessee Department of Safety & Homeland Security Commissioner Gibbons.
I suppose you feel safer now that Bubba T. Errorist, that ole redneck from Coondog, TN, is now being searched by the Blue VIPRs all across Tennessee (and thank God for those drug sniffing dogs). This is needed since Bubba might blow up the Stuckey’s on Exit 87 for a bad pecan roll.
And as an honorable mention… Thank you, Rudy Gonzales, for your promise to report if you “see anything” (as if any normal Tennessean wouldn’t do so). Something tells me that Rudy wouldn’t mind one of those “enhanced” pat downs. He might even prefer it from Gibbons, personally.

I had an account with BoA and CitiBank in 2008. I was forced to close both and put all available money into a local bank with no ties to the Big Banks. It was the best “protest” I could have ever conducted. You should have joined me before the Fascists running our government made it possible for these banks to simply tell you you can’t have YOUR money until they say so.
Baaaaa?
The entire system is corrupt at its core. Watch and weep:

Tall buildings and bright lights could be the next horizon for us rednecks… that is if we want to help make change in this country. I remember the farmers driving their tractors up there in unity many years ago. I remember the hippies. I remember several instances of protest that seemed to have made a difference. And maybe I just have been brainwashed into believing any of this actually makes a difference.
I don’t know, but I suspect that The Whole F**king Thing’s Coming Down:
Hedge funds, derivatives, tea pot dome
wall street gambling, using your home
congress isn’t gonna do a single fucking thing
because their campaign contributions all come attached with strings
The Democratic Party is a failing institution
what we need now is a real revolution
But the whole fucking thing is coming down
Yeah the whole fucking thing is coming down
The United States is a global empire
Corporations, well they’re fucking vampires
sucking wealth from the poor
committing wage theft
Hey, who will work for you when we’ve starved to death?
But the whole fucking thing is coming down
Yeah the whole fucking thing is coming down
I’ve got me full time J.O.B.
but that doesn’t mean I can afford to eat
I’ve got student loans, but no degree
so I’m gonna die working at this J.O.B.
No health insurance, we’re all temporary hires
so if we get sick we’ll just hurry up and die
But the whole fucking thing is coming down
Yeah the whole fucking thing is coming down
wages so low we can’t afford the rent
so we have to rely on the government
but the rich man doesn’t want to pay his taxes
so the social programs, they”re the first to get the axe
we don’t complain, we don’t bitch
the only thing we’ve got left to eat is the rich
But the whole fucking thing is coming down
Yeah the whole fucking thing is coming down
I personally think that the Rubicon has been crossed and there is no turning back. This isn’t a series of mistakes or “kicking the problem down the road”. This is plain, unadulterated, theft. They are going for broke (and breaking the country IS the goal). No one can make this many “mistakes”, so I cannot logically determine anything except purpose in their actions. They WANT the crash and they want to extract as much wealth from the system as it comes down, so they will be prepared for what comes next… some New world Order.
This was discussed in 1983 by Larry McDonald on Crossfire (the first 1:37 minutes is commentary from a Ron Paul supporter, and then McDonald is defending the John Birch Society for a bit, but at 4:44, it gets good). I don’t believe for a second this is happenstance (and I think you must agree that he was on to something simply from how obviously uncomfortable Tom Braden gets at the 6:00 mark):
No. This is planned. Plain and simple.
No matter what you think of the John Birch Society, Crossfire (and those two nuts that were on it), or Larry McDonald, he definetely called it like it is so many years later, didn’t he?Mostly, the MSM is giving this Wall Street protests as “left-wing” loons. And, as much as I think Lawrence O’Donnell is nothing more than an MSM clown I must give him credit for calling out the cops for their abuse and naming names. ‘Bout time.
And on the subject of cops, why is it that many of these football failures (couldn’t make the grade, so they juice up and use their brawn without brains to carry out the Elite’s dictates of oppression) think that they are or will be part of the 1% that controls the whole kit and caboodle? Don’t these people realize that these rich bastards don’t give a rat’s ass about them? Don’t they understand that they are on the wrong side of this?
Still don’t believe it is crumbling around us? Read what Maxine Croxall of the BBC asked Allesio Rastani and the comment she received:
Alessio Rastani:: …it’s gonna crash and it’s gonna fall pretty hard. Because markets are ruled right now by fear. Investors and the big money, the smart money …I’m talking about the big funds, the hedge funds, the institutions, they don’t buy this rescue plan. They basically know that the market is toast. They know that the stock market is finished, the Euro as far as they’re concerned they don’t really care, they’re moving their money away to safer assets like Treasury bonds, 30 year bonds, and the US dollar. So it’s not gonna work.
Maxine Croxall:: We keep hearing that whatever the politicians are suggesting — it’s all been rather wooly — isn’t right. Can you pin down exactly what would keep investors happy, make them feel more confident?
Alessio Rastani:: Ah, that’s a tough one. Personally, it doesn’t matter. I’m a trader, I don’t really care about that kind of stuff. If I see an opportunity to make money, I go with that. So for most traders we don’t really care that much how they’re going to fix the economy, how they’re going to fix the whole situation. Our job is to make money from it and personally I’ve been dreaming of this moment for three years. Personally, I have a confession to make, I go to bed every night and I dream of another recession. I dream of another moment like this. Why? Because people don’t seem to maybe remember, but the ’30′s depression, the Depression of the ’30′s wasn’t just about a market crash. There were some people who were prepared to make money from that crash and I think anybody can do that. It isn’t just for some people in the elite, anybody can actually make money, it’s an opportunity. When the market crashes, when the Euro and the big stock markets crash, if you know what to do, if you have the right plan to set up you can make a lot of money from this. For example, hedging strategies is one, then investing in bonds, Treasury bonds that sort of stuff.
Maxine Croxall:: If you could see the people around me, jaws have collectively dropped at what you’ve just said. I mean we appreciate your candor, but it doesn’t help the rest of us does it, or the rest of the Eurozone.
Alessio Rastani:: I will say this, listen. I would say this to everybody who’s watching this, this economic crisis is like a cancer. If you just wait and wait thinking this is going to go away, just like a cancer it’s gonna grow and it will be too late. What I would say to everybody is get prepared. This is not a time right now to wishful think that the Government is going to sort things out. The Governments don’t rule the world, Goldman Sachs rules the world. Goldman Sachs does not care about this rescue package neither does the big funds. So actually, I would actually tell people, I want to help people. People can make money from this, it isn’t just traders. What they need to do is learn about how to make money from a downward market. The first thing people should do is protect their assets, protect what they have because in less than 12 months, my prediction is that savings of millions of people is gonna vanish and this is just the beginning. So I would say, be prepared and act now. The biggest risk people can take right now is not acting.
Maxine Croxall:: Alessio Rastani thank you very much for talking with us.
You can watch the interview (if you haven’t already seen it) here. (h/t NaturalNews)
But rednecks in New York City? Maybe we could start out locally, since there are protests springing up all around the US (even Memphis and Nashville). I can barely afford the gas, but I’m game. How ’bout you?

Heres a little background on me, I hope I am doing this right. I will then answer some questions that were brought up on Facebook.
I spent 15 years as a Texas Peace Officer. I made it to my Intermediate Peace Officer license, obtained my instructors license and was about to receive my advanced peace officer license when I was injured in 2007 while pursuing a domestic disturbance suspect on foot, my knee blew out. After 2 years of surgeries and physical therapy, they had removed 70% of my right knee. I was listed at a 37% disability rating and could not pass the physical to go back to work on the streets. Because of this injury I can no longer climb, run or jump, or lift heavy objects while standing. I had done a lot in my 15 year career. I had worked patrol, I was a Field Training Officer, I had been a Corporal, a Sergeant. I worked undercover narcotics, SWAT and was a Police Chief twice, and received a few awards. I had received an Officer of the year recognition by Gov. Rick Perry. I had a day named after me in the City of Bedford for chasing down 3 armed robbery suspects when I was off duty. I had several other awards. I was a member of the invitation only fraternity The International Association of Chiefs of Police, and The Texas Police Chiefs association the international narcotics investigators association and National Narcotics Detector Dog Association. It seems my whole career was about getting screwed over by cops though they are not as loyal as they make out to be, the only thing I got out of law enforcement was a lot of reoccurring nightmares, broken bones, a body eat up by arthritis, 3 divorces and 2 bad knees.
After 15 years I was out, I cant really say I miss it. In 15 years I have seen a lot of corruption, abuse of power and official oppression.
In 15 years of law enforcement I had seen a lot. But one thing that stands out is, in 15 years I probably made well over 400 DWI arrests. Been in no telling how many fights. Been on probably 2000 domestic disturbance calls. And worked maybe 200 fatality accidents. Now how many of these involved someone high on marijuana?
NONE, ZERO!!
Alcohol?
Probably 90%!!
That’s the truth! And im not the only former cop or active cop that knows these statistics first hand, that’s why you have an organization out there call LEAP. Law enforcement Against Prohibition. An organization made up of current and former veteran police officers and high ranking Police Administrators and Police Chiefs that believe Marijuana should be legalized in fact all narcotics should be, because we know for fact, seen it with our own eyes, that the Drug War in America is a farce and a war that will never be won. All it will do is make the politicians richer and keep big pharmaceutical cornering the market on expensive medicine that causes more death every year than Marijuana. And it will get more votes by those who are still blinded by the lies previous law makers.
During my tenure like I said I observed a lot of shady things, corruption, lies, politics, favoritism, infidelity etc. Most of my career like I said before was spent getting stabbed in the back and black balled by other cops, because I “was not cool”. I refused to play politics, be corrupt, kiss anyones ass or hurt anyone unjustly. The reason I lost my Chiefs job, because I wouldnt do the illegal things my city council was trying to make me do by threatening me with my job. I went to the media and played them the recorded conversations between myself and council members and the Mayor, it spread like wild fire through the media and in 5 months I was fired for LAck of confidence, and Texas Government code law that allows cities to fire Police Chiefs and fire chiefs without any other reason but politics.
Its as sad fact that 90% of police officers out there are pieces of shit doing the job for all of the wrong reasons, 10% are good men and women that want to help people.. sadly those 10% most likely will not make it to their 20 year retirement because they will be harassed and pushed out by the pieces of shit.
So there you have it. I wasnt corrupt and thats why I was run out of every department until I was injured in the line of duty in 2007. Even then my so called brothers in blue didnt offer any assistance to me and my family, I am a single father raising 2 kids, but they didnt care. The State of Texas did nothing for me after 15 years of service, no benefits no nothing.
Then last year in an unnamed city within the metroplex, I was involved in an incident with that cities police department, I did nothing wrong and it was found that it was a big misunderstanding, but not until their SWAT team broke my wrist, my elbow and tore my rotator cuff. So yeah I have a GREAT distaste for law enforcement and enjoy any opportunity to clown the pricks publicly whether it be on the web or through the local media, when they screw up or violate someones rights. I also have a multi-million dollar federal lawsuit pending on the agency.
Former 15 year veteran police officer, police chief, police instructor, SWAT officer, k9 officer and undercover narcotics officer. Now Civil Rights activists and Activist for the reform of Marijuana laws.

Remember when I wrote about Chattanooga Police Officer Kenneth Freeman’smanly display of shoving down the 71 year old Wal-Mart greeter, Mr. Bill Walker, to the ground, then the good Samaritan, Gholom Ghassedi, was pushed thru a window when he confronted the very large man about his actions (just like any real man would do)? I received an update from a commenter that suggests that Mr Freeman (he was finally fired, but for a different reason) will now sue Mr Walker for ‘racial profiling’.
Seems fitting, doesn’t it?
That the steroid head can beat down two men when they suspect him of wrong-doing because he set off an alarm (in plain clothes) and simply do the job they are so very well paid for, then claim that they were racists putting him in his place, as it were.
Walker had sued for $21M, but was awarded only $12,000
Now, mighty man will sue Walker and Wal-Mart.
Sounds about right.
The Big Man says that Mr Walker simply tripped, but I point you here to see what truly happened.
(especially the second video)
I would think that unless corruption reaches even farther than the Collegedale Judge Kevin Wilson (who basically was going to allow Freeman to get away with this with only a 28 day suspension), this will be thrown out on its ear and I hope that some retribution is followed up in court to make this man’s life (Kenneth Freeman) a final living hell.
So, my plan is to take as many opportunities to stand next to a cop and fart. I won’t wave it towards him or say anything, but I will walk away smiling to myself.

The user determines they need to activate the arc device, then pull out the safety pin. The user then presses their fingers against the pressure button in the palm of the glove. The user can deter a person by pressing the pressure button and activating the demonstration electrodes making a loud sparking sound. If aggressor escalates the situation, the officer has the option of placing the stun electrodes in direct contact with the aggressor, in which case the pressure button will now activate the stun electrodes and deliver high voltage to the aggressor to attempt to bring them into compliance.

The proliferation of SWAT teams, police militarization, and the Drug War have given rise to a dramatic increase in the number of “no-knock” or “quick-knock” raids on suspected drug offenders. Because these raids are often conducted based on tips from notoriously unreliable confidential informants, police sometimes conduct SWAT-style raids on the wrong home, or on the homes of nonviolent, misdemeanor drug users. Such highly-volatile, overly confrontational tactics are bad enough when no one is hurt — it’s difficult to imagine the terror an innocent suspect or family faces when a SWAT team mistakenly breaks down their door in the middle of the night.
But even more disturbing are the number of times such “wrong door” raids unnecessarily lead to the injury or death of suspects, bystanders, and police officers. Defenders of SWAT teams and paramilitary tactics say such incidents are isolated and rare. The map below aims to refute that notion.
Click on each marker on the map for a description of the incident and sources. Markers are precise in cases where the address of an incident was reported. Where media reports indicate only a town or neighborhood, markers are located at the closest post office, city hall, or landmark. Incident descriptions and outcomes are kept as current as possible.
Other map features:
–Using the “plus” and “minus” buttons in the map’s upper left-hand corner, users can zoom in on the map to street-level, as well as switch between street map and satellite views. In some large metropolitan areas, there are so many incidents in such close proximity that they tend to overlap unless viewed on a small scale (try zooming in on New York City, for example).
–Users may isolate the incidents by type by clicking on the colored markers in the key (see only “death of an innocent” markers, for example).
–The search function just below the map produces printable descriptions of the raids plotted on the map, and is sortable by state, year, and type of incident.

If you are still unconvinced that we are living in a 1984-style Police State, I need to point out a few things. It is evident by what cops attempt to do (and get away with in many cases) that we live in a society where armed maniacs can conduct themselves in a manner befitting the worst criminals and thugs. It is happening all over and now I see this recent addition to the Police Crime Syndicate in Dickson County, Tennessee:
POLICE STATE: Tennessee Law Enforcement Stealing Money from innocent motorists
If that doesn’t make your blood boil, then you are either one of these corrupt cops trying to justify the criminality or a fool.
It doesn’t stop with simple shake-downs and thievery, either. It doesn’t stop at a local sheriff’s department (and I guarantee you that these are NOT the only criminals with badges doing the very same thing in this country). There is a total disregard for liberties by the very ones who are paid to protect our liberties. And don’t miss that their reasoning is, again (sigh) the War on Drugs. Worse, it goes all the way to the top of the Justice System. For now it is just fine for cops to enter your home without a warrant, if they hear your toilet flush.
None of this is reactive to real threats, but are purposefully orchestrated to create the perceived NEED by us gullible Sheople. As Jack D. Douglas shares at LewRockwell.com:
While they have grown mostly by the big steps “absolutely needed to save the people from grave threats,” they have also used many other deceitful processes and devices. ranging from the use of secret police acts of tyranny, such as massive intimidation of officials and bribery of all kinds. and keeping the ancient forms of freedom but secretly refilling them with tyrannical powers of the Party or Leader, to building the totalitarian powers very slowly in baby steps that come on cat’s paws, very quietly and gently in ways the people
rarely notice and when they do accept as “small inconveniences but nothing serious.”
Yes, we need to give these criminals every free opportunity to use lies and lame excuses to gain entry into your home, as to avoid “grave threats”, when, in fact, the worst threat to law-abiding citizens are the very actions of these criminals. In Kentucky (and soon to be seen in your home state), it is just hunky dory that police can simply claim that they knocked “loud”, claim that they hear what they perceive to be people hiding drugs and can bust in your home without a search warrant. And as a very sad commentary of how idiotic and tainted our current Supreme Court is, they have given an 8-1 thumbs up for such a practice.

This entire case began when an “informer” claimed he bought drugs from a person on the street and then that person went into an apartment building. The cops went in, but didn’t know
which apartment it was, but allegedly smelled marijuana from one of the apartments and knocked hard at the door ASSUMING that this was the same person accused of dealing drugs and then commenced to break down the door. The problem was that this was a different person than the informant accused and so, they found another person smoking weed in his own home and arrested him.
In a sane decision from the Kentucky State Supreme Court, the conviction was over-turned because the cops had violated
his 4th Amendment right against “unreasonable searches and seizures.” The Kentucky Supremes said that it was the cops that created the emergency by beating on the door.
Enter the US Supreme Court to strip away such a right, when the state folks KNEW precisely what had been done was wrong. Ginsberg, being the sole dissenter in the case, said that this, “arms the police with a way routinely to dishonor the 4th Amendment’s warrant requirement in drug cases.” And since they did not have a genuine emergency, they should have never entered that apartment. 1 out of 8 of our US Supreme Court believes in the Fourth Amendment. I hope you feel safe.
What if I told you that it is even far worse than that? What if you knew that cops in New Mexico (and everywhere else in America) can enter into your home without a warrant, without you there, search thru your stuff and NEVER tell you that it happened? That’s right. They call it a “sneak and peek” warrant. Just read the above Target 7 News article and watch the video to get a taste of what may be happening to YOU, an innocent citizen believing that you actually have a Fourth Amendment Right.
The truth is that this right secured by our Fore Fathers is defunct and guess what? It was done in the disguise of terrorism and that rights-stripping law called the Patriot Act. The number of “sneak and peeks” have grown from 700 in 2007 to 2,000 in 2009 (the latest numbers are not yet available and even if they gave a number, how do we know if it is precise). But since you are a Terror-fearful citizen, I am sure you support such a thing because “surely” they would ONLY use this to get the terrorists, right?
WRONG!
The vast majority are drug-related and have NOTHING to do with terrorism. Peter Simonson, with ACLU New Mexico, said in the above Target 7 article and video:
“While billed as an anti-terror tool, (a sneak-and-peek warrant) had no requirements on it that it precluded it from being used in standard criminal investigations“
You see how that works, right? Pass a bill using lies and then use the rights-stripping purpose to do whatever they feel like they want to do. And the entire time, you just go along and think that they are doing their best job. And, yes, there are some good cops left, but their silence along these lines in protecting the rank ones speaks just as loudly as if they participated themselves. The few good ones can’t comprehend that at some point, their liberties will be affected.
And don’t think that some of these criminals won’t take advantage of such a ruling as we discussed in Indiana. One such Lead Criminal now says he will begin conducting random house-to-house searches. By God, if that isn’t Nazi Germany-like, I can’t think of an example that would be.And if the Hoosiers don’t recall or put that stupid ass out on his ear, you are fools.
Let me share with you some sage advice from B’Waves:
10 RULES WHEN DEALING WITH THE POLICE
1. Always be calm and cool.
2. You have the right to remain silent.
3. You have the right to refuse searches.
4. Don’t get tricked into waiving your rights.
5. Determine if you’re free to go.
6. Don’t do anything illegal.
7. Don’t run.
8. Never touch a cop.
9. Report misconduct: Be a good witness.
10. You don’t have to let them in.
At least “Bubba” has an idea. This stalwart progenitor of truth wants to form a “Ministry of Truth” to make sure that people like me aren’t able to inform you og what is really going on. I mean, can you seriously believe anything that lying liar has to say?
Heh: Yeah, right…

Year after year, day by day, little by little, the Police State continues to strip law abiding citizens of what few rights they have left. Soon enough the storm troopers will have no resistance to their controlling ways. Brainwashing and manipulating the younger generations into believing what they know is how it’s always been done. Making history, rewriting history to control future generations. You will be assimilated !
Court: No right to resist illegal cop entry into home
INDIANAPOLIS | Overturning a common law dating back to the English Magna Carta of 1215, the Indiana Supreme Court ruled Thursday that Hoosiers have no right to resist unlawful police entry into their homes.
In a 3-2 decision, Justice Steven David writing for the court said if a police officer wants to enter a home for any reason or no reason at all, a homeowner cannot do anything to block the officer’s entry.
“We believe … a right to resist an unlawful police entry into a home is against public policy and is incompatible with modern Fourth Amendment jurisprudence,” David said. “We also find that allowing resistance unnecessarily escalates the level of violence and therefore the risk of injuries to all parties involved without preventing the arrest.”

I’m sure most of you that have been following and/or debating America’s Drug War have heard about the recent expose’ by CBS where a new hero has stepped up to admit that the US ATF dictated that they allow guns to be sent from complicit American gun shops across the border. If not watch this:
March 3, 2011. CBS Evening News. Gun Walking. Interview with ATF Federal agent John Dodson. ATF was intentionally sending heavy weaponry to Mexican drug cartels. The secret operation was called Fast and Furious.
Some suggest that this is simply being used to make a case for a gun ban in the US. You can see that argument here and see how the government propaganda machine does lie to propagate this attempt:
I am not suggesting there is no truth, whatsoever in that claim (for I believe that many in our government would love to strip us of our second amendment to be able to control us completely). What I am suggesting is that this latest ATF sponsored gun-running has another agenda. The perpetuation of the lie that is the War on Drugs (especially marijuana).
There have been more than 35,000 people who have been killed since President Felipe Calderón began following his puppet master’s directive to bolster Mexico’s version of the War on Drugs. But to assume that it is America’s fault or the lie that “90% of those guns come from America” is not seeing the picture and simply believing the attempts to continue what is a totally failed policy.
Sane voices understand that the militarization of the drug war in Mexico is a key reason for “extortions, kidnappings, and murders“. To me this seems obvious.
But not to America’s puppets. It takes decency and truth. It takes leaders who refuse to be our puppet; People like Bolivia’s President Evo Morales to discuss “The Big White Lie” openly.
But let me ask you, why would the ATF not only condone the gun-running, but also try to cover up their own participation?
It’s not like Americans aren’t waking up to the outright lies and it is crucial to note that Americans are more and more convinced that marijuana legalization is what we need to do. The Pew Research Center For The People and the Press polls prove this:
During a Sept. 16 raid by the Weber-Morgan Narcotics Strike Force, Todd Blair was shot and killed in his home. The Weber County District Attorney’s Office has ruled the shooting justified under Utah law. Blair’s family believes he was shot unnecessarily. Read the entire story at http://bit.ly/hlawOF or www.sltrib.com
Justified? These criminals with badges didn’t adequately plan this invasion, didn’t warn this man to “put down your weapon” (which was a freaking golf club) and then murdered him in cold blood. Not even a slap on the wrist. Condoned murder, plain and simple.
In addition to two medical marijuana regulation bills being considered in Hawaii, a separate bill that would remove criminal penalties for possession of small amounts of marijuana is moving through the state Senate. Last week, it passed through two Senate committees and is now headed to the full Senate for a vote before advancing further. Considering that 20 of 25 members of the Senate are co-sponsors, it should be a breeze.
Even other countries are seeing the light. The UK’s former Drug Czar, Bob Ainsworth, is advocating the only sane pursuit, which is legalization (and mind you, he is talking about legalizing ALL drugs). The Transform Drug Policy Foundation explains and shares Mr Ainsworth’s position:
However, prohibition has failed to protect us. Leaving the drugs market in the hands of criminals causes huge and unnecessary harms to individuals, communities and entire countries, with the poor the hardest hit. We spend billions of pounds without preventing the wide availability of drugs. It is time to replace our failed war on drugs with a strict system of legal regulation, to make the world a safer, healthier place, especially for our children. We must take the trade away from organised criminals and hand it to the control of doctors and pharmacists.
Wow! Isn’t that amazing? But it takes a “former” Drug Czar to make this kind of sensible statement. Can you imagine “why” that is? To the contrary, for some reason, any current Drug Czar (like the US’s Gil Kerlikowske) cannot be allowed to say such a thing (even tho the predecessor of his previous position as chief of police in Seattle, Norm Stamper, has come out in favor of a more sensible and sane policy of total drug legalization):
Retired Seattle Police Chief Norm Stamper thinks we should legalize drugs after what he witnessed fighting on the front lines of the “war on drugs.” Norm is a member of Law Enforcement Against Prohibition, which any citizen can join at http://www.CopsSayLegalizeDrugs.com.
“What I think is horrible about all of this, is that we criminalize young people. And we use so many of our excellent resources … for things that aren’t really causing any problems,” said Elders. “It’s not a toxic substance.”
The fact is that once these guys leave their job, they are able to pronounce the dismal failure of the Drug War. They are able to admit that it is all a lie. But not the current internal puppets. Maybe that is why it angers Gil that his hometown paper, The Seattle Times ran an article that is pro-legalization. Thank God they aren’t intimidated and are sticking to their guns.
So, what is he forced to do? Lie, of course (that is his only recourse):
http://KCTS9.org
Gil Kerlikowske, Director of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, discusses legalizing marijuana, the epidemic of prescription drug abuse, and comments on recent problems within the Seattle Police Department.
To put it simply, it is time to stop listening to those that are paid to keep Americans in bondage and listen to the sane ones; the ones that speak truth and understand the very nature of this bogus affront to our liberties (not to mention keeping miracle drugs from doing their miracles). It is time for Americans to understand the “why’s” (Big Meds, Big Prison and Big Money) and to call for an end. The truth is out there, but you won’t get it from those, like Kerlikowske, whose very livelihood depend upon the lies (and this includes small time cops and legislators). They gain from this corrupt and evil system.
