How Does HAARP Control The Weather?

We have discussed this issue around here several times. I watched that presentation this morning and it is one of the better I have seen on the subject. dutchsinse has an incredible blog post with links to the government’s own data and patents that show that this is certainly something they are pursuing and have apparently accomplished.

Now, since many of us believe that weather manipulation is possible, how far down the rabbit hole does one have to go to believe that they could manipulate the earth’s crust in some way? Whether or not they make the earth move, this system could obviously be used to bring havoc to anyone they wanted. Too much rain = massive flooding. Too little rain = no food. Etc.

I also don’t believe that one can discount that the Earth IS moving more than usual lately. Could it be Elenin or Nibiru? Could it be glacial melting causing stresses on the enter-laying crusts by the extra water weight? Could it be HAARP?

At least one 6.0 magnitude quake per day… volcanoes.. Mt. Etna, Cleveland, Pu’u O’o (hawaii), Stromboli volcano, Popocatépetl Mexico, Sakurajima Japan all erupting this past week !

USGS statistics say average is one every 3-5 days… that means a 33% increase (approx).

Whether or not man is making the Earth move or not, it IS moving more tha usual. Extinct volcanoes are moving and spewing. Larger earthquakes are recorded at a 33% uptick in frequency. And they all seem to raise to a crescendo of a very large one like the 9.0 Japanese quake/tsunami. As we once pointed out, if this is related to Elenin’s approach and the fact that as it aligns with the earth and sun we see major earthquake and movement, I would think that the next month or three will be very active.

And think about how all of this coincidentally is occurring as our economy is falling apart. The only thing these maniacs need is some horrific “natural disaster” (like a massive earthquake out along the California/Oregon area). Or maybe one in Puerto Rico that will give us our own Tsunami.

Something tells me that somehow, someway, we will see this “coincidence” within 2-3 months. Right after they implement QE3 and raise interest rates, killing off the dollar.

Weather Modification: Ahmadinejad – High Tech Equipment causing Iran Drought

In reality, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s charges are not far fetched. Many of us know weather modification has been going on for some time. Weather modification in it’s simplest form might be referred to as ‘cloud seeding’. But now with technology, we know weather in the world is an experiment. Maybe one they have perfected over the years.

Here’s a little of what Ahmadinejad said, via telegraph.co.uk:

“Western countries have designed plans to cause drought in certain areas of the world, including Iran,” Mr Ahmadinejad said in the city of Arak in Markazi province.

“According to reports on climate, whose accuracy has been verified, European countries are using special equipment to force clouds to dump” their water on their continent, he said.

By doing so, “they prevent rain clouds from reaching regional countries, including Iran,” Mr Ahmadinejad charged.

Of course no one will believe him for he has on many occasion been labeled a nut-job for things he has said. I recall from past when he spoke of weather modification being labeled a ‘conspiracy theorist’. When one is labeled a conspiracy theorist, people tend not to listen to a word they say.

Is weather modification using high tech equipment a conspiracy theory ? Not by any means.
They want you to think it is so as to divert attention away from the program.

Take this for instance. Shortly after the Gulf Oil Spill in 2010, I mentioned ‘there would be NO tropical storms or Hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico that would cross paths were the spill occurred’. Guess what, there wasn’t. There was one storm that did make it through the Gulf during the 2010 Hurricane season, Tropical Storm Bonnie[1]. However, before entering the Gulf after crossing Florida, Bonnie was down-graded to a Tropical Depression. Before making landfall in Louisiana, Bonnie was downgraded further to a remnant low pressure system on 25 July just before crossing paths with the location of Deepwater Horizon Macondo blowout, about 60 nautical miles [1 nautical mile = 1.15077945 miles] southeast of the mouth of the Mississippi River. The Deepwater rig was located 50 miles off the Louisiana coast[2]. For this time of year and the water temperatures in the Gulf, this was unheard of. Many people who chase and track hurricanes were amazed at the outcome of Hurricane season 2010. Not one US land falling tropical system in 2010.

In fact, the hurricane season for 2010 was expected to be an ‘above normal season’, during which tropical systems usually make landfall in the U.S..

NOAA’s updated 2010 Atlantic Hurricane Season Outlook calls for a 90% chance of an above normal season. There is only a 10% chance of a near-normal season, and no expectation the season will be below normal. Therefore, 2010 is expected to become the eleventh above-normal season since 1995.[3]

Being a weather freak, here is my tracking map of Bonnie showing where she fell apart with the location of Deepwater Horizon plotted as well.

So what happened ?? Was weather modification in use ? Seems a strong probability to me as they needed the dispersed oil to sink to the bottom of the gulf, instead of being stirred and brought ashore.

With an example of possible weather modification in use, lets get back to Ahmadinejad. Is his statement that far fetched ? No, and this is why.

Back in August of 1996, 16 years ago when technology was an infant to us tax payers, a research paper by 7 military officers was presented. The title: Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025[4a]. Within this report are what they say are “fictional representations of future situations/scenarios. Any similarities to real people or events, other than those specifically cited, are unintentional and are for purposes of illustration only.”

There is one image that stands out after Ahmadinejad made his accusation, ‘Figure 3-2. The Military System for Weather-Modification Operations’, seen here.

Why does it stand out you may ask. Well, for one, the fictional representation of the country [bottom right]. It sure does look like Iran. Go find a map and check for yourself.
If you look at the lower left of the image, sure does look like high tech equipment. Kinda like the HAARP antenna array[5]. From this image, we see a thunderstorm over the fictional country. But some of us know if they can do that, they can also cause other modifications to the weather like Ahmadinejad mentions. That being drought.

And just to be clear about this, this is from the research papers ‘Executive Summary’.

A high-risk, high-reward endeavor, weather-modification offers a dilemma not unlike the splitting of the atom. While some segments of society will always be reluctant to examine controversial issues such as weather-modification, the tremendous military capabilities that could result from this field are ignored at our own peril. From enhancing friendly operations or disrupting those of the enemy via small-scale tailoring of natural weather patterns to complete dominance of global communications and counterspace control, weather-modification offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary. Some of the potential capabilities a weather-modification system could provide to a war-fighting commander in chief (CINC) are listed in table 1.

“The technology is there, waiting for us to pull it all together;” in 2025 we can “Own the Weather.”

On a side note: I expect at least one maybe two strong tropical systems to stir the Gulf of Mexico this season. They will use this as a test to see what the oil is doing. If no ill reports of oil reaching the shores along the gulf coast, the US will be pounded this hurricane season. If oil does come ashore in mass, few tropical systems will track through the gulf, just as in 2010.

What exactly does this accomplish? … and for what cause was it done…? and really, what are they really thinking this will be used for???… and if they have no idea how it will effect the globe, i.e.: weather, water, quakes etc… or the ultimate fear some scientists have– what are they doing?? Just because ‘mankind’ CAN do something doesn’t mean ‘mankind’ should do it.

Landmark experiment to unlock secrets of Big Bang could cause end of the world, say scientists in court bid to halt it. It has cost 4.4billion+ and is designed to unlock the secrets of the Big Bang.
But rather than providing vital information about the beginning of life, the world’s biggest experiment could cause the end of the world, say scientists. They fear that the Large Hadron Collider – due to be switched on in nine days’ time – will create a black hole that could swallow the planet. By smashing sub-atomic particles together at close to the speed of light, the LHC aims to recreate the conditions that existed a fraction of a second after the birth of the universe or Big Bang, shedding light on the building blocks of life.

But critics claim that the ‘time machine’, which has been built 300ft beneath the French-Swiss border near Geneva, could instead spawn a shower of mini-black holes.  Within four years, one of these ‘celestial vacuums’ could have swollen to such a size that it is capable of sucking the Earth inside-out, said Otto Rossler, one of a group of scientists mounting a last-minute court challenge to the project.

They claim the experiment violates the right to life under the European Convention of Human Rights. However, the case at the European Court of Human Rights is not expected to delay the switch on, scheduled for Wednesday of next week. Professor Rossler, a German chemist, said the European Organization for Nuclear Research, or CERN, has admitted its project will create black holes but doesn’t consider them to be a risk.
He warned: ‘My own calculations have shown it is quite plausible that these little black holes survive and will grow exponentially and eat the planet from the inside. I have been calling for CERN to hold a safety conference to prove my conclusions wrong but they have not been willing.’

Those involved in the project have dismissed the claims as ‘absurd’ and insist that extensive safety assessments have found the experiment, which is funded by 20 countries, including the UK, to be safe.  A report written earlier this year stated: ‘Over the past billions of years, nature has already generated on Earth as many collisions as about a million LHC experiments – and the planet still exists.’  The lifespan of any mini-black holes would be ‘very short’, it added.

CERN spokesman James Gillies said the arguments before the European Court of Human Rights had been answered in ‘extensive safety assessments’.
He told the Sunday Telegraph: ‘The Large Hadron Collider will not be producing anything that does not happen routinely in nature due to cosmic rays. If they were dangerous we would know about it already.’

Scientists have used large particle colliders to smash atoms and pieces of atoms together for 30 years, but this machine has attracted so much attention because it is the most powerful ever built.  In the LHC beams of protons will be propelled through an 18-mile-long circular tunnel. More than 5,000 magnets lining the tunnel will accelerate the hundreds of billions of tiny particles to almost the speed of light, allowing them to complete one circuit in one-11,000th of a second.

There will be two beams going in opposite directions, each packing as much energy as a car traveling at 100mph.  When they reach almost the speed of light, they will be smashed head on into each other, breaking them into their constituent parts, including, perhaps, the building blocks of the universe

But the Bush/Cheney administration, fearing her testimony would force it to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from burning fossil fuels, covered it up.

For years, Vice President Dick Cheney has been driving the administration’s policy on global warming, and this recent allegation appears to confirm the worst. We believe it is critical that the agency’s finding that global warming poses a danger to the public — a determination the EPA reached late last year — be released.
We urge you to find the courage or the strength or determination to act immediately.

DOT Buries Report About Global Warming’s Impact On The Gulf Coast

As usual, the tactics of criminals. Hiding information from the citizenry has become commonplace. Aren’t you wondering why they are so much more secretive than any other administration (and were before 9/11). From Facing South:

Earlier this week, the U.S. Department of Transportation and Climate Change Science Program released a major report on the likely impacts of global climate change on transportation infrastructure across the Gulf Coast region. If you didn’t hear about it yet, that’s understandable — DOT essentially buried the report while keeping its lead author kept from talking to the press. According to the Government Accountability Project:

…[T]he report, Impacts of Climate Change and Variability on Transportation Systems and Infrastructure: Gulf Coast Study, analyzes how Gulf Coast roads and highways, transit services, oil and gas pipelines, freight handling ports, transcontinental railroad networks, waterway systems, and airports are likely to be harmed by heat waves, extreme precipitation events, sea level rise, increased hurricane intensity, and storm surge damage associated with climate change. The report outlines why changes must be incorporated in transportation planning now in order to avoid serious future problems.

Three hours after the report was posted online Wednesday, DOT issued an uninformative and misleading press release on a separate Web site. The press release lists only one contact — a DOT press official. Reporters who have tried to interview the report’s lead author, Federal Highway Administration official Michael Savonis, have been explicitly told by DOT officials that the author and the press cannot communicate with each other. As lead author, Savonis should be allowed to brief and respond to press inquiries.

“What possible justification can there be for the stealth release of this report?” asks Rick Piltz, director of the Government Accountability Project’s Climate Science Watch. “It’s as though they don’t regard the report as significant — or these findings have significant political implications for policymaking. Burying reports for this reason is wrong and unethical — but we have seen it before.”

Since the MSM won’t say much…

I have been waiting to hear something about this for two or three says and nothing, really. We are so out of touch, as Americans (in general) that news like this, being critically important to us, isn’t mentioned (except in the slightest fashion) and even when it is, we really do not understand the fullness of its meaning. Global warming is real, but we say that because it snows during a cold snap that this is crazy.

Are people the only blame for this particular phenomena? Over eating salmon or just too many people pulling the water resources (which surely contributes). However, with the lack of rain out west and the fact that overall and on average, it IS warmer now, maybe there is less water to pull from, as well (compounding the issue).

What does this mean? That I won’t get to eat Salmon patties fried in grease?

No, rednecks, it means that we have a natural travesty happening with such a fast and substantial rate of loss of these fish that there is something much worse happening and at stake. As the doctor indicates, this is an indicator fish and the experts can see that this will and IS affecting us humans (more than just eating salmon).

We must become aware and divert our attentions from the fear mongering of “Terraists” and truly confront the fearful events that face all of humanity.

Salmon: Canaries in The Water Mine

The largest salmon run in the largest estuary on this hemisphere’s Pacific Coast has collapsed. Why care about a bunch of fish and a big marsh? Well, healthy salmon runs require healthy water: fresh and salt. Crashing salmon runs tell us something in the water(s) has gone terrribly wrong. SF Bay fresh water is sucked up to supply central California crops and communities and Southern California taps. With over 17 million people in the LA area alone, and with California producing over half the nation’s fruit, vegetables, and nuts, SF Bay water affects the price of your greens – and the health of your family, wherever they live. And the salmon tell us the Bay is very sick.

How could the fate of one bay and one fish have such a huge impact? Well, estuaries are the final common pathway that carry a whole river – or multiple rivers – to the sea. The estuary that is the San Francisco Bay holds the water draining from almost one-half the land area of California: the estaury alone covers almost 1,600 square miles. The Sacramento River drains all water from the lands south of Mount Shasta (near the Oregon border) down through the Central Valley to Sacramento, and the San Joaquin River – when it flows – carries water from the arid counties north of the LA sprawl up to join with the Sacramento. Together, the two rivers formed the Bay. For millenia, both rivers carried spring flood waters from the western slopes of the Sierra Nevada across their respective valleys, covering the land between the Sierras and California’s coastal mountainns with a deep layer of rich fertile soil. This ancent gift created the most productive soils in America. Though much of this priceless resource has been covered by sprawl, the remaining soil is rich enough to produce 30 Billion dollars in produce each year, generating 100 Billion dollars for California’s economy.

WTF does all this have to do with salmon? Well, salmon depend on healthy fresh water for the beginning of their lives – and to begin the next generation. Each new generation of salmon arises from eggs laid and fertilized by their parents, who beat their way back upstream to spawn – and then die – in the precise stretch of water where they hatched out. On the way upstream, the adult salmon stop eating: their bodies nourish them. The hatchlings chow down in fresh water, swim out to sea and fatten up, and return to fresh water a few years later to begin the cycle anew. Salmon are so tied into West Coast biology that the nutrients the adult fish carry upstream in their bodies nourish the forests surrounding spawning beds: the trees return the favor by shading streams, keeping the water cool enough so the eggs and hatchlings will survive. A salmon “run” is the group of salmon that hatch out in a given stream or river at a certain time of year. Although the California coast once supported runs all the way south to Santa Barbara, with abundant runs in every season, the last decades have seen so much habitat destruction and water diversion that only two large river systems – the Sacramento and the Klamath – are healthy enough to support commercial salmon fisheries.

Even those two systems are teetering. If “crashing salmon runs” in California seems like a repeat, you’re right. Federally subsidized alfalfa farmers on/around the Klamath Basin use more water than the Klamath can sustain. In 2002, Rove/Cheney intervened to divert scarce flows to the Klamath welfare farmers. Result? 70,000 salmon downstream died as the now-shallow Klamath overheated. This caused a partial shut down of Pacific Coast salmon fisheries in 2005-2006, with net costs in the tens of millions.

The Klamath salmon died on their way out to sea. The now-collapsed Sacramento RIver salmon run was healthy enough as the left the Sacramento RIver on the way to the ocean for their return date with last fall – but that run was decimated.

The chinook salmon runs in the Sacramento River are the second lowest ever recorded, and the 90,000 adult fish are only one-tenth the all-time high (800,000 recorded five years ago)

What do the salmon meet as they leave the Sacramento for the sea? Well, they meet the immense pumps that suck up fresh water from the San Francisco Bay estuary (aka the Delta) and pump it to water lawns and subsidized commodity crops – along with water for 20 million Californians.

The Sacramento River’s “missing salmon” were juveniles migrating to sea in spring 2005, when state and federal water managers “set records for pumping delta water south,” said Mike Sherwood, an attorney with Earthjustice, a nonprofit environmental legal group that has been jousting with water managers over water exports.

These pumps so damage the Delta’s aquasystems that last month a Federal judges ordered large decreases in the volume of water siphoned out of the Delta, in the hope of preventing extinction of several (non-salmon) fish species.

The court action comes too late for the Sacramento salmon run – and the thousands of fishermen and millions of families looking forward to this delicious gift. Yesterday – with the full agreement of West Coast fishermen – Federal officials proposed closure of the entire Sacramento salmon season. Early season fishing was ordered closed a few days ago.

We clever humans just crashed the biggest indicator species for half of all the land in California. As the salmon collapse, why should we expect to do better?
