They want the strictest governing laws in the country, but it is a start. One Republican law maker (also a physician) is afraid that his fellow doctors are not trained in how to dispense it. Maybe he should read here and learn something.

I saw this WWII poster at Boing Boing and it really fits with what I have been working on and the fact that I haven’t bought any clothes for myself in years (you should see my worn out jeans).

The last thing I bought was a suit for a job interview four years ago. Other than a few shirts as Christmas presents, I have no new clothes. As a matter of fact, I did “inherit” some clothes when my Father-in-law passed away in July, but it was after the rest of the family scavenged thru and I received the left-overs. They got the clothes, best knives, and all the change he had saved for years (except for the pennies, which must have weighed too much for them to carry).
Today, I know that I must plant another garden, just to make sure we have food to eat next winter, for I suspect that food prices will skyrocket more than the 10-15% we have already seen this year. So, like every year, take a look at the preparation for BuelahMan’s Wicked Garden:

I complain about organized religion here often. B’Man’s Sabbath Watch is generally my own way of addressing one or more forms of organized religion and its damage to the very ones they should try to help and protect. I’ve witnessed firsthand their power grabs and intentional harm induced onto its followers (including the harm done to me and my family). You see it all the time in news clips and have witnessed its influence and support of immoral wars.
But, every now and again, you find a group of religious leaders who see the light and try to make a difference (and yes, even in spite of my recent evaluation and critique of Judaism, I can find sensible Jewish leaders who also fit the bill).

Today, my friend and blogging partner, Lynda, is having surgery for some skin cancers she has been diagnosed with. This is a fine person, who loves and cares about her fellow man. I believe that she deserves any person’s positive thoughts and/or prayers (no matter your religious persuasion). Just knowing you care is extremely important.
I also want to share some links that a visitor called “Don’t Freakout” shared here and found the information extremely enlightening to me (and should be a wonderful resource for the future, should you be faced with any of this).
A Good Video on History and Related Cures which are Alternative
I don’t pretend to be a doctor and I have no medical training. But I have witnessed far too many young people die from these diseases and hopefully someone can find supplementary or alternative treatments to help themselves. As my friend Elmo found, medical treatments didn’t help him and arguably is what killed him before the cancer did.
It is always wise to consult your doctor, in any event, but self-education and illumination can’t hurt.

Obviously, news clips like this (just a bit dated) are a primer for coming Big Meds profits. Of course, instead of just allowing their profit motives, they should just legalize it and allow whomever wants to grow their own to do so, so they can treat themselves. It has become apparent to any thinking, sane and caring person that keeping it illegal is an assault against sick people. The problem is that they are feeding this to us unknowingly, which should be criminal, but it isn’t:
I have been in contact with local producers of meat. I plan to make contact with any grocery stores we have done business with and ask them directly if they add slime to their beef, or use meat glue, or if they knowingly purchase products tainted for resale. If they do, they will quickly understand that they will lose any future business. Remember, too, that fast food chains make claims that their hamburgers are 100% beef. But that does NOT mean what you think it means.
I will not buy meat at Wally World due to the factory farm method, which can mix ground meats from many different animals into one package, which means that a sick cow can taint MANY packages of product. I’m sure those other Big Brand stores do it, as well. Also understand that grocers have been known to repackage old meat, in with new (ever open a pack of ground beat and see brown in the center and red on the outside)? Even if they haven’t done this, they have also been known to spray ammonia on the outside, which keeps the meat red (until you open the package and see what’s on the inside).

I have referenced this film several times here, but have not offered the entire thing for your viewing pleasure and education. Altho I have not been given permission from Len to add it to my Youtube Channel, he did suggest that I link to a version with Serbian subtitles (just disregard them and watch the movie). I follow Len’s work because I trust what he is doing and believe that what he has produced is one of the most important avenues towards educating and curing ourselves of that menacing disease. He can be seen in this following video in a Q&A setting that is informative, as well:

And its not just from the medical side, altho that is my main purpose. For even that maniac, Pat Robertson has come out to say,
“I just believe that criminalizing marijuana, criminalizing possession of a few ounces of pot, and that kind of thing — it’s costing us a fortune, and it’s ruining young people.”
As Kenny pointed out, there must be some other agenda (or maybe he is finally completely losing his mind and saying what is obviously true). I dunno what his motive is, but I agree that it should be made legal again.
Of course, you could always simply do what many Doctors themselves won’t do, and that is use their own recommended cancer treatments. You see, many are saying that Unnecessary Cancer Treatments Are Accelerating Death (as found at Activist Post).
Many doctors themselves state that they would not receive conventional cancer treatment if they had cancer. Their decision to refuse mainstream cancer treatments likely has to do with cancer drugs being found to have been found to actually make cancer worse and kill patients more quickly. And yet when individuals first hear that they have cancer, they hastily accept the treatment assuming that it is the only hope for survival.
Short of surgery that removes the growth (generally only successful if done very early, as my friend Korn Likker recently went thru, and is now recovering, is finding out first hand), most of those treatments are what actually kill the person, before cancer can get them. And this doesn’t address the concern that the quality of life before it gets them is greatly diminished.Some suggest that 75% of Physicians Refuse Chemotherapy Themselves.
Thanks for all the thoughts, prayers, and well wishes for my buddy Korn Likker. He is in intense pain, but the doctor said the surgery was a total success (he got all of the cancer). If this country (or even starting with this state) had any compassion, they would immediately re-legalize cannabis, or at the very least, allow medical marijuana treatments. But they don’t really care, do they?

That imaginary scary place called hell awaits its next POTUS. Sure, as a murderer, liar, glutton, etc, etc, etc (please see 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 to see which one or more fit the bill: “Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God“), he wouldn’t stand a chance in hell to stay out of it.
Isn’t it weird how all those people are so “offended” by that ad, but they don’t seem to have a problem with the fact that the man has lied about anything and everything he ever said? Its as if they think Barry is Jesus reincarnate, or something.
It doesn’t matter that he has personally dictated to the world that he, himself, has the sole authority to murder anyone he sees fit (and has). It doesn’t matter to them that his offenses include the maiming and murder of many that Jesus called the “lesser of these”.
Nope. Just saying that he can go to hell (when the Bible seems clear that the actions he has taken will surely put him there) is REAL BAD.
And what about that guy who bought the ad? He wants him to “go to hell” because of “socialized medicine” (something Jesus was the Prince of, Himself). I mean, who can argue that Jesus wasn’t for socialized medicine (free medicine, at that)?
Maybe I missed something, but ObamaCare is hardly “socialized medicine”. It is rampantly profit driven and forces people to spend more money than what they actually have on inferior medicine (for who else could ever argue that Jesus’ brand of medicine worked, while what we have here… well, doesn’t).
Man, if I was God, I’d sure as hell send him to hell. But then again, I am not God and the God I know doesn’t have any such place to send people, otherwise He’d be a murderous, torturing maniac fit for His own place of torment. For surely you can’t argue that anyone that would torture a person forever and ever is a monster that deserves having his body burned for all eternity. Isn’t what is good for the goose, also good for the gander, so to speak?

I must wonder if the Obama Administration will fight this initiative by threatening to prosecute, even if the state’s rights to create their own legislative process to stop the idiotic War On Marijuana is guaranteed in the US Constitution? Unless you are completely clueless and have been brainwashed to believe that cannabis is harmful thru the onslaught of propaganda media (which bows to the real controllers of this issue… Big Prison, Big Banking, and Big Government… all of which have major money to lose if enacted), you know that the miracle medicine should and MUST be legalized.

It appears that one redneck Mississippi woman, State Senator Deborah Dawkins, understands what ole Jefferson meant, and wants medical marijuana legalized in Mississippi. She is a hero, since there aren’t many, if any (in Mississippi), ready to address the obvious. Any sane person knows. Any person that has a relative who hurts knows. The only people that don’t know are the ignorant or the ones that profit from its illegality. There are no more in-betweens.

Delaware Gov. Jack Markell, on the other hand, doesn’t understand that this is a country that USED to govern by the Constitution, which spells out that State’s rights are predominant. Either by stupidity or downright complicity, the man thwarts the voters’ dictate by allowing the illegal threats of the Federal Government to stop their legal implementation of medical marijuana dispensaries.
Obviously, the miracle plant should be re-legalized, should sanity actually be in charge. But it isn’t and its time that the states take this into their own hands.
By this, I mean, that if the voters make this miracle plant legal again and the federal Government begins to arrest anyone, then the Sheriff departments, the state militias (aka National Guard) and all police departments should arrest any Federal law enforcement agency that tries to stop them. The time is now. There is ample evidence that my claims are true. Spend the time watching the video below and then investigate for yourself how you have been lied to for decades.
I don’t know about you, but it pisses me off when people lie to me. So, get angry and do something (like tell the truth about it). Educate yourself, Mr and Mrs Redneck. It might save your and your family’s life.

It should be Mississippi and then we could have the Amsterdam of the US in my home state, which would make it the Number 1 Vacation Spot in the USA. However, I admit that Oregon is one of my favorite places in the US to visit. So, let’s see which state implements this first and then I’ll decide. I doubt it will be Michigan…

My buddy from high school (and recent cat fishing bud), Korn Likker (aka Chicken Bill), is headed to Vanderbilt in Nashville to have the Esophageal cancer “scraped” off. He was told that it had not metastasized, so they would not have to cut out part of the esophagus and resection it. Basically a out-patient deal.
But please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. It was caught early enough that they should be able to mend him.

UPDATE: The procedure is today (Feb 8), not yesterday. Thanks for any warm thoughts sent his way. He is truly one of the good dudes.

I wish I could remember who said it, but I can’t find the reference to give the correct credit, but I plan on using the moniker from here on out: Baby Eaters.
The Baby Eaters are ravenous. They hear what I write about the shortcomings in the Paulsterity Plan (Dr Doug linked to a video of the S Carolina primary where Paul admits my numbers are correct from a military standpoint, so any of you Baby Eaters that refuse to “do the math” just watch him:

But, since America is lost and even the smartest people are ready, willing and able to watch the poor starve in the street, while we strip our defense spending massively to the 2006 level (WHEW!), it is apparently too late. Even the stupid redneck contingent, by and large, are ready for some baby munching. Like everything else, they fall right in line and “think” they are some that will make it. I got news for you, you won’t. The deck is stacked against you and me and we still have these self-appointed/imagined “elitists” like Morgan Reynolds who would rather watch the babies die in the street than even look at the numbers. He would rather fall for another lie, just like all Sheoples, then say it is time for the death, carnage, and a meal (the babies, never forget that tender meat).

I am rather new to your blog and really don’t know much about you, except to say that I agree with most of what you have written since I subscribed to your blog.
I have a conundrum in which I have shared some findings about Ron Paul’s “Plan To Restore America” with various big blogs (and small ones), including a response this morning to Dr Paul Craig Roberts’ latest blog post (seen at his blog and Activist Post).
I specifically asked Dr Roberts to read my post and “do the math”, as I have done where I find that the Paul plan will cut 35% from Medicaid, 43% from SCHIP and 64% from Food Stamps, while cutting only 15% from the military budget.
I cannot undersatnd how people believe the rhetoric of “ending the Empire” or “ending the wars” if there is but a 15% cut (which could be accomplished solely by eliminating the failed F22 project).
There is much more related to the “Plan”: such as huge tax cuts for the richest speculators, bankers and corporations and not a single line item for the poor (which now equal about 53% of Americans).
I am not looking for sycophantic readers. I am wanting someone other than me to evaluate the numbers and give a fair, honest opinion of their findings. I asked Dr Roberts to do so and was given a knee-jerk reactionary ad hominen response. No truth. Nothing fair. Nothing honest.
You appear me to be a thinking man and I ask you to read my blog post, Paul’s plan and to “do the math” and let me know how I may be off base.
Is it possible that the austerity coming to America will come in the guise of “Paulsterity”?

My bottomline: Ron Paul is the only guy I’d vote for in this field, especially if he appointed Jesse Ventura as his VP candidate, probably would take a 3d party ticket to go there.

On your numbers, I have no idea if they are correct. My impression is that Paul would cut the War Dept. big time, if only b/c he says he will pull all the troops home, end the wars of aggression and only spend on true defense. What do Dr. Paul’s fiscal numbers say? I certainly do not trust Webster Tarpley’s numbers who is at the opposite end of the political spectrum, a statist of the first order, FDR worshipper, etc., and enemy of Ron Paul.
I’m a free-market capitalist, not a forced redistributor welfare/warfare guy, like most ‘mericans. I’m with Patrick Henry. Separation of economy and state as Ayn Rand said. If separation is good enough for the church, it’s even better for production and exchange. Government intervention is counterproductive at every turn. Look at the $1.3 TR deficit spending per annum alone. That’s basically private savings (aside from newly printed Federal Reserve paper) that gov’t pisses away for its own vote-buying, campaign donation-attracting purposes instead of being directed into private sector (productive) investment. It’s all about poverty enhancement. Capitalism lifted people out of poverty, not government programs. Turn peaceful entrepreneurs loose and bail out no one. There is lots more to this but you get my drift.

Thank you for your feedback. I agree with your philosophy in general. But if Paul is only cutting 15% from the military budget, do you still think that means ending the wars/Empire?
The numbers are all in his published “Plan To Restore America”. Its on his election website. Nice spreadsheets and the whole shebang. This is a document which hardly touches military (as opposed to the rhetoric), but savagely cuts social issues as I laid out.
I am highly disappointed in Roberts, whose only response was to accuse me of being a single issue voter (this is a laugh, if anyone simply looks at what I write about).
I have endured many elections in my life and I have never, not once, experienced truth from a POTUS candidate. There is nothing to tell me that Paul is telling me the truth now, since I ran his numbers.
Thanks, again. If you are truly interested in what his plan does (seemingly kills off a good many Americans and ALL food aid to other nations), its all there for you to see. I don’t know a lot about Tarpley, but his math is spot on (now corroborated by several money folks I know). And they are huge Paul fans.
Something is amiss and you should know that I have no axe to grind against Paul. I just want truth for a change.
OK, I believe your research but I’m not going to chase the numbers (pure conjecture/promises anyway) right now b/c not worth my time. If Paul actually is a candidate come November, then I’ll look more carefully at it in the months ahead to see if I’m excited enough to do something for his campaign. Right now, not interested enough in electoral shenanigans to bother.
btw, if gov’t ran all the pizza shops and decided to drop the pizza program, would would everybody sit around and starve for pizza, moaning all the way. No. Same with welfare/charity. Your implicit view about the “essentialness” of a massive and unsustainable welfare state is false. Further, I’m not worried about a do-nothing government so much as a do-nothing people.

And please do not consider the children or old people or mentally disturbed that need assistance now, in the worst economic times of our country’s history for the masses. And it would be a tragedy for you to consider which of the POTUS candiadtes might be used to bring about the mass death you seem to be hunky-dorily awaiting, just like the other baby eaters I have come into contact with. To put it bluntly: it is sickening.
I hope and pray you never fall upon hard times due to what this country has allowed and what its lords have done. But if you do, I promise I’ll not be so callous and heartless in my estimation of your demise in the streets as you experience what so many others are and will in the near future.

There have been a few that agree with my suggesting we should hold Paul’s feet to the fire, but by and large, I see only PaulTards or worse> assholes like Reynolds who make no qualms about their disdain for the indigent, the poor, the starving children. You see, people like Reynolds DO have some silver spoon clogging their thinking ability… or they are the most cold, callous, hatefull murder-loving, criminal-supporting sycophants who have fallen for the welfare Cadillac meme. These are supposedly smart people, too.
