The Racket Broken and Made Simple

…the use of marijuana for any reason should be perfectly legal. There should be no laws at any level of government regarding the buying, selling, growing, processing, transporting, manufacturing, advertising, using, possessing, or “trafficking” of marijuana for any reason. There should be no laws at any level of government to prohibit, regulate, restrict, or otherwise control what a man desires to smoke, drink, inject, snort, sniff, inhale, swallow, or otherwise ingest into his mouth, nose, veins, or lungs. There should be no federal or state DEAs, no Office of National Drug Control Policy, no drug schedules, and no Controlled Substances Act. There should be marijuana freedom…

  1. No kidding, having the state interfere in your personal life or whatever comestibles you want to imbibe in regardless of the benefit or harm they might bestow on you, you should be the one to decide what’s what.
It’s easy to judge people for their perceived failings but so hard to get that four-by-four out of your own eye.

Watched a lot of shows of ‘The Moonshiners’ on TV, yes I still have one, and I believe they are from your neck of the woods. Of course, the illegal part doesn’t quite wash because it’s on TV, right? So, law enforcement must be aware of it and just lets those guys go. Hilarious. Imo, compared to the PC crowd not knowing shit from shinola, those moonshiners come across as original and genuine.

    Glad your back!

    • Thanks. I’ve seen the Moonshiner show a couple of times. I seriously doubt there is illegality going on, or if it is, its like you say… turn the other eye so American TV can be made.

But what about the weed shows? There has been a lot of them (although I’ve never watched any of them).

I don’t know much about the Vance guy I quoted (probably loves him some jews), but that little paragraph basically states my opinion succinctly.

This plant should have the same legality that a dandelion has. The fact that it doesn’t tells me that there is Big Money being made off of the poor dregs that get caught with the evil weed. Then there is the suffering that could be alleviated, but ppl won’t because its so evil illegal.
